The Committee also recommends that legislation prohibiting discrimination in employment and all discriminatory practices in the labour market be fully implemented in practice and that further measures be taken to reduce unemployment among immigrants present in the State party.
وتوصي اللجنة أيضاً بتنفيذ التشريع الذي يحظر التمييز في الاستخدام وجميع الممارسات التمييزية في سوق العمل تنفيذاً كاملاً في الممارسة العملية وباتخاذ المزيد من التدابير لخفض نسبة البطالة بين المهاجرين الموجودين في الدولة الطرف.

In this connection, the Committee draws the attention of the State party to its general recommendation XXVII and encourages it to adopt or make more effective legislation prohibiting discrimination in employment and all discriminatory practices in the labour market affecting members of Roma communities and to protect them against such practices.

58- اعتماد تشريع يتضمن أحكاماً تحظر التمييز في العمل وجميع الممارسات التمييزية في سوق العمل التي تؤثر على السكان المنحدرين من أصل أفريقي أو جعل التشريع القائم أكثر فعالية، وحماية هؤلاء السكان من هذه الممارسات بجميع أشكالها.

CERD encouraged adopting or making more effective legislation to prohibit discrimination in employment and all discriminatory practices in the labour market affecting members of Roma communities.

The Committee recommends that legislation prohibiting discrimination in employment and all discriminatory practices in the labour market be fully implemented in practice and that further measures be taken to reduce unemployment among members of the minority communities, inter alia by focusing on professional training and providing highquality and subsidized language training, in particular to members of Russianspeaking minorities.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تنفذ بالكامل التشريع الذي يحظر التمييز في الاستخدام وجميع الممارسات التمييزية في سوق العمل تنفيذاً عملياً، وأن تتخذ المزيد من التدابير لتخفيض البطالة بين أفراد مجتمعات الأقليات، وذلك بطرق منها التركيز على التدريب المهني وتوفير تدريب لغوي عالي الجودة ومدعم، وخاصة لأفراد الأقليات الناطقة بالروسية.
