Recalling also its decision 12/117 of 1 October 2009, in which the Council requested the Advisory Committee to submit the study on best practices in the matter of missing persons to the Council at its fourteenth session,
وإذ يشير أيضاً إلى مقرره 12/117 المؤرخ 1 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009، الذي طلب فيه إلى اللجنة الاستشارية أن تقدم إلى المجلس في دورته الرابعة عشرة دراسة عن أفضل الممارسات بشأن مسألة الأشخاص المفقودين،

19. At its sixth session, the Committee will have before it the study on the best practices in the matter of missing persons as prepared by the above-mentioned drafting group.
19- وسيُعرض على اللجنة، في دورتها السادسة، الدراسة المتعلقة بأفضل الممارسات بشأن مسألة المفقودين، التي يكون قد أعدها فريق الصياغة المذكور أعلاه.

It had been updated to reflect the report of the Secretary-General on missing persons (A/69/293) and the report of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee on best practices in the matter of missing persons (A/HRC/16/70).
وقد استكمل مشروع القرار ليعكس تقرير الأمين العام عن الأشخاص المفقودين (A/69/293)، وتقرير اللجنة الاستشارية التابعة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان عن أفضل الممارسات بشأن مسألة المفقودين (A/HRC/16/70).

1. Takes note of the progress report on best practices in the matter of missing persons submitted by the Advisory Committee (A/HRC/14/42);

9. In its decision 14/118, the Human Rights Council took note of the above-mentioned progress report and requested the Advisory Committee to finalize the study on the best practices in the matter of missing persons and to submit it to the Council at its sixteenth session.
9- وفي القرار 14/118، أخذ مجلس حقوق الإنسان علماً بالتقرير المرحلي المذكور أعلاه، وطلب إلى اللجنة الاستشارية وضع اللمسات الأخيرة على الدراسة المتعلقة بأفضل الممارسات بشأن مسألة المفقودين وتقديمها إلى المجلس في دورته السادسة عشرة.

Mr. Hüseynov introduced the report on best practices in the matter of missing persons (A/HRC/AC/6/2), further to the submission to the Council of a progress report on the issue (A/HRC/14/42).
