On 12 June, the Council was briefed at an open meeting by the Special Representative on developments in the country concerning a mutiny led by officers in the Congolese Army who were integrated under agreements reached in 2009.

46. The deputy special representatives will report directly to the Special Representative on the implementation of their tasks, and will also be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination of all activities, both of UNMIK and its partners, within their areas of designated responsibility.
