٧٣ - وطلبت إدارة عمليات حفظ السلم إلى مكتب اﻷمم المتحدة في فيينا أن يساعد الممثل الخاص لﻷمين العام في الصومال على إعادة نظام الشرطة والعدالة الجنائية في ذلك البلد.

63. Regarding recommendation 8, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Somalia has issued written instructions to the mission staff to be mindful of the constant need to conserve and safeguard United Nations assets.
