20. Rights of persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities.
٠٢- حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية والى أقليات دينية ولغوية

They suggested language similar to that contained in the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities whereby persons may enjoy human rights individually but that they may be exercised individually as well as in community with others.
واقترحت أن تستخدم لغة تماثل تلك المستخدمة في إعلان حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية، الذي يقضي بتمتع اﻷشخاص بحقوق اﻹنسان الفردية ولكن يقضي بجواز ممارستها فرديا أو بالاشتراك مع الغير.

Invites the Working Group to elaborate guidelines on the content and scope of the rights contained in the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities, including concrete recommendations for their implementation;

The working group should consider a language which was closer to that of the provision in article 4 (3) of the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities.
وينبغي للفريق العامل أن ينظر في وضع صيغة أوثق صلة بأحكام المادة ٤)٣( من إعلان حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية.

6. Invites the Working Group to elaborate and submit to the Sub-Commission and through it to the Commission on Human Rights criteria concerning the content and scope of the rights contained in the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities, including concrete recommendations for their implementation;
٦- تدعو الفريق العامل إلى وضع معايير بشأن مضمون ونطاق الحقوق الواردة في إعلان حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية، بما في ذلك توصيات ملموسة لتنفيذها، وتقديمها إلى اللجنة الفرعية، وعن طريقها، إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان؛

The General Assembly in its resolution 49/192 has given to the High Commissioner a particular responsibility to promote the implementation of the principles contained in the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities and to continue to engage in a dialogue with Governments concerned for that purpose.
٧٢- وقد أسندت الجمعية العامة، بموجب قرارها ٤٩/١٩٢، مسؤولية خاصة إلى المفوض السامي كيما يعزز تنفيذ المبادئ الواردة في اﻹعلان المتعلق بحقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية وأن يواصل الحوار مع الحكومات المعنية تحقيقا لذلك الغرض.

The World Conference on Human Rights urged States and the international community to promote and protect the rights of persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities in accordance with the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities.
٣٨ - حث المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الانسان الدول والمجتمع الدولي على تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻷشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية أو دينية أو لغوية وفقا للاعلان بشأن حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية أو دينية أو لغوية.

The provisional agenda for the seventh session of the Working Group contained in document E/CN.4/Sub.2/AC.5/2001/1 includes items on the promotion of the rights of persons belonging to minorities as set out in the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities.

The provisional agenda for the fifth session of the Working Group contained in document E/CN.4/Sub.2/AC.5/2000/1 includes items on the promotion of the rights of persons belonging to minorities as set out in the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities.
3- يتضمن جدول الأعمال المؤقت لدورة الفريق العامل الخامسة الوارد في الوثيقة E/CN.4/Sub.2/AC.5/2000/1 بنوداُ بشأن تعزيز حقوق الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات المنصوص عليها في إعلان حقوق الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية وأقليات دينية ولغوية.

In this regard, the Government of Sri Lanka should refer to the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities and, in that context, should take all measures required to ensure that persons belonging to minorities may exercise fully and effectively all their human rights and fundamental freedoms without any discrimination and in full equality before the law.
ويرغب أن يشير في هذا المجال إلى وجوب رجوع حكومة سري لانكا إلى إعلان حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية، في ذلك السياق، واتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لضمان امكانية ممارسة اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى اﻷقليات كافة حقوق اﻹنسان التابعة لهم والحريات اﻷساسية على نحو تام وفعال دون أي تمييز في المساواة التامة بينهم أمام القانون.

2. Persons belonging to national minorities in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, including the Bulgarian minority, enjoy, on a basis of equality with other citizens, all human rights guaranteed in international instruments on human rights, as well as additional minority rights; the latter go beyond the provisions of the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities.
٢ - ويتمتع اﻷشخاص المنتمون إلى اقليات قومية في جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية، بمن فيهم اﻷقلية البلغارية، بجميع حقوق الانسان المضمونة في الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الانسان، على قدم المساواة مع غيرهم من المواطنين، فضلاً عن تمتعهم بحقوق إضافية لﻷقليات؛ وتتجاوز هذه الحقوق أحكام اعلان حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو اثنية وأقليات دينية ولغوية.
