In decision 20/COP.8, the COP decided to reconvene, during its ninth session, the open-ended ad hoc group of experts (AHGE) established in decision 20/COP.3, to examine further and make recommendations on, procedures and institutional mechanisms for the resolution of questions on implementation.
74- وقد قرر مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره 20/م أ-8، أن يدعو من جديد، أثناء دورته التاسعة، فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح العضوية المنشأ بموجب المقرر 20/م أ-3، إلى الانعقاد لمواصلة بحث الإجراءات والآليات المؤسسية لحل مسائل التنفيذ وتقديم توصيات في هذا الشأن.

8. The Ad Hoc Working Group (AHWG) on improving the procedures for communication of information, as well as the quality and format of reports submitted to the COP, established by decision 8/COP.7, recognized the complexity of the secretariat's reporting obligations and recommended that specific reporting guidelines be formulated for the secretariat.
8- وأقر الفريق العامل المخصص المعني بتحسين إجراءات تبليغ المعلومات ونوعية وشكل التقارير التي تقدَّم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف، المنشأ بموجب المقرر 8/م أ-7، بالتعقيد الذي يكتنف التزامات الإبلاغ التي تضطلع بها الأمانة وأوصى بصياغة مبادئ توجيهية محددة تتناول مسألة الإبلاغ على صعيد الأمانة.

Decides to review, and if necessary revise, the guidelines at its eighth session, taking into account the views submitted by Parties and the least developed countries expert group established under decision 29/CP.7;
3- يقرر أن يستعرض، وأن ينقح عند الضرورة، المبادئ التوجيهية في دورته الثامنة، آخذاً في اعتباره الآراء المقدمة من الأطراف ومن فريق خبراء أقل البلدان نمواً المنشأ بموجب المقرر 29/م أ-7؛

(b) Parties included in Annex I to the Convention have provided adequate resources and assistance for the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in countries with economies in transition established under decision 3/CP.7;

Requests the Global Environment Facility, as an operating entity of the financial mechanism of the Convention, to provide financial support for the implementation of the annexed framework through its climate change focal area and the special climate change fund established under decision 7/CP.7;
3- يطلب إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية، بوصفه الكيان التشغيلي للآلية المالية للاتفاقية، أن يوفر الدعم المالي لتنفيذ الإطار المرفق عن طريق منطقة التنسيق الخاصة بتغير المناخ والتابعة له والصندوق الخاص بتغير المناخ المنشأ بموجب المقرر 7/م أ-7؛

Decides that the Adaptation Fund established under decision 10/CP.7 shall finance concrete adaptation projects and programmes in developing country Parties that are Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, as well as activities identified in decision 5/CP.7, paragraph 8;

In this regard, the trust fund for renewable energy established pursuant to decision GC.13/Dec.15 can assist at least for renewable energy projects.
وفي هذا الصدد، يمكن للصندوق الاستئماني للطاقة المتجددة، المنشأ بموجب المقرر م ع-13/م-15، أن يقدم المساعدة في تنفيذ مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة على الأقل.

74. In decision 20/COP.8, the COP decided to reconvene, during its ninth session, the open-ended ad hoc group of experts (AHGE) established in decision 20/COP.3, to examine further and make recommendations on, procedures and institutional mechanisms for the resolution of questions on implementation.
74- وقد قرر مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره 20/م أ-8، أن يدعو من جديد، أثناء دورته التاسعة، فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح العضوية المنشأ بموجب المقرر 20/م أ-3، إلى الانعقاد لمواصلة بحث الإجراءات والآليات المؤسسية لحل المسائل المتصلة بالتنفيذ وتقديم توصيات في هذا الشأن.

The Secretariat will convene a meeting on 9 May 2010 of an open-ended coordination group on the new strategic framework established in accordance with decision IX/3, immediately before the current meeting.
