In that connection, the point was made that an analysis of those conclusions and recommendations had not met any objections from States, relevant organizations within or outside the United Nations system or from international financial institutions and that the recommendations were in line with previous reports of the Secretary-General.

2. The Panel should draw particularly on the resources and technical expertise of relevant organizations, including FAO, UNEP, UNDP, the World Bank, ITTO and other relevant organizations within and outside the United Nations system as well as secretariats of relevant conventions, with appropriate contributions of non-governmental organizations.

The Commission requests relevant organizations within and outside the United Nations system, as well as donors, to consider favourably requests for the provision of technical and financial assistance to help developing countries with the preparation of national strategies for sustainable development, national Agenda 21 action plans and periodic communications and reports on these activities for the Commission.
٣ - وتطلب اللجنة إلى المنظمات ذات الصلة داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وخارجها، كما تطلب إلى المانحين، النظر بصورة إيجابية في الطلبات المقدمة من أجل توفير المساعدات التقنية والمالية لمساعدة البلدان النامية في إعداد الاستراتيجيات الوطنية للتنمية المستدامة، وخطط العمل الوطنية لجدول أعمال القرن ٢١، والرسائل والتقارير الدورية المقدمة إلى اللجنة فيما يتعلق بهذه اﻷنشطة.

4. The Commission requests relevant organizations within and outside the United Nations system, as well as donors, to provide, upon request, technical and financial assistance to countries, particularly developing countries, in the preparation of periodic communications or national reports and national Agenda 21 action plans, and notes the intention of several donors and organizations to consider such requests favourably.
٤ - وتطلب اللجنة من المنظمات ذات الصلة داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وخارجها، وكذلك من المانحين، تقديم المساعدة التقنية والمالية، عندما يُطلب منها ذلك، الى البلدان، لا سيما البلدان النامية، في إعداد الرسائل الدورية أو التقارير الوطنية وخطط العمل الوطنية لتنفيذ جدول أعمال القرن ٢١، وتلاحظ اعتزام العديد من المانحين والمنظمات النظر في هذه الطلبات نظرا إيجابيا.
