)أ( استحداث نماذج متوائمة وفعالة التكلفة لﻹبلاغ الشامل من أجل جمع معلومات وطنية عن الغابات وتركيبها لتلبية احتياجات مختلف المنظمات والصكوك الدولية المتنوعة إلى بيانات موثوق بها وفي حينها.

)ب( تحسين كفاءة التنسيق والشراكة داخل البلدان ومع المنظمات والصكوك الدولية كوسيلة لبناء القدرات في البلدان النامية من أجل جمع المعلومات المتعلقة باﻹدارة المستدامة للغابات واستعراضها وتركيبها واستخدامها دوريا وفي التوقيت المناسب.
