45. Concerning the jurisdiction and powers of the United Nations Dispute Tribunal, the Advisory Committee notes that the Secretary-General disagrees with some aspects of the proposals made by the Redesign Panel (see A/61/205, para. 160 and A/61/758, para. 26).
