Also at the seventy-fourth session, the Committee adopted a number of decisions on working methods designed to streamline the procedure for the examination of reports under article 40.
63- وفي الدورة الرابعة والسبعين أيضاً، اعتمدت اللجنة عدداً من المقررات بشأن أساليب العمل بهدف تبسيط إجراء النظر في التقارير بموجب المادة 40().

The Committee further welcomes the creation and continued development of an electronic mailing list, through which its concluding observations on reports considered under article 40 of the Covenant and final decisions adopted under the Optional Protocol are disseminated electronically to an everincreasing number of individuals and institutions.
وترحب اللجنة أيضاً بارتياح بوضع قائمة توزيع إلكتروني وتطويرها باستمرار بما يسمح للجنة بأن تعمّم إلكترونياً على عدد متنامٍ باطراد من الأفراد والمؤسسات الملاحظات الختامية التي تعتمدها على إثر النظر في التقارير بموجب المادة 40 من العهد، وقراراتها النهائية المعتمدة بمقتضى البروتوكول الاختياري.

The Committee further welcomes the creation and continued development of an electronic listserve, through which its concluding observations on reports examined under article 40 of the Covenant and final decisions adopted under the Optional Protocol are disseminated electronically to an ever-increasing number of individuals and institutions.
وترحب اللجنة أيضاً مع الارتياح بوضع قائمة توزيع إلكتروني وتطويرها باستمرار بما يسمح للجنة بأن تعمّم إلكترونياً على عدد متنامٍ باطراد من الخواص والمؤسسات الملاحظات الختامية التي تعتمدها على إثر النظر في التقارير بموجب المادة 4٠ من العهد، وقراراتها النهائية المعتمدة بمقتضى البروتوكول الاختياري.
