٥- ترحب بالاهتمام الذي أولته لجنة مناهضة التعذيب لاستحداث نظام فعال لتقديم الدول اﻷطراف تقاريرها عن تنفيذها للاتفاقية، بما في ذلك ممارسة اللجنة المتمثلة في وضع ملاحظات ختامية بعد النظر في هذه التقارير ، وممارستها المتمثلة في اجراء تحقيقات في الحالات المنطوية على ادعاءات تستند الى أسس قوية بوجود ممارسة منتظمة للتعذيب في الدول اﻷطراف ؛

27. The Committee recommends that the State party's reports should be made readily available to the public at the time of their submission, and that the concluding observations adopted by the Committee following its consideration of the reports should be distributed in the official languages and other commonly used languages, as appropriate.
27- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تتيح الدولة الطرف تقاريرها الدورية للجمهور حال تقديمها وبأن تنشر الملاحظات الختامية التي تعتمدها اللجنة عند انتهائها من النظر في هذه التقارير باللغات الرسمية واللغات الأخرى الشائع استخدامها، حسب الاقتضاء.
