7. Regulatory approaches

In addition, the outcomes of the eighth special session of the Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum identified the following key environmental approaches, actions and dimensions underpinning IWRM:

Indeed, the Programme recognizes the benefits of linking its implementation with integrated coastal management initiatives.
