1. This Agreement shall be applied provisionally by a State or entity which consents to its provisional application by so notifying the depositary in writing.
١ - يطبق هذا الاتفاق بصفة مؤقتة من جانب الدولة أو الكيان الذي يوافق على تطبيقه مؤقتا بإخطار الوديع كتابة بذلك.

5. Ratification, acceptance or approval of an amendment shall be notified to the depositary in writing.
5 - يتم إخطار الوديع كتابة بالتصديق على أي تعديل أو إقراره أو قبوله.

2. Provisional application by a State or entity shall terminate upon the entry into force of this Agreement for that State or entity or upon notification by that State or entity to the depositary in writing of its intention to terminate provisional application.
٢ - ينتهي التطبيق المؤقت من جانب دولة ما عند بدء نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة لتلك الدولة أو لدى قيام تلك الدولة بإخطار الوديع كتابة باعتزامها إنهاء التطبيق المؤقت.

210.5 An annex that has been adopted or amended in accordance with paragraph 3 and 4 above shall enter into force for all Parties to the Protocol six months after the date of the communication by the Depositary to such Parties of the adoption or amendment of the annex, except for those Parties that have notified the Depositary, in writing, within that period of their non-acceptance of the annex or amendment.
٠١٢-٥ يبدأ نفاذ المرفق الذي يُعتمد أو يُعدل بموجب الفقرتين ٣ و٤ أعلاه بالنسبة لجميع أطراف البروتوكول بعد ستة أشهر من تاريخ قيام الوديع بإبلاغ هذه اﻷطراف باعتماد أو تعديل المرفق، باستثناء اﻷطراف التي تُبلغ الوديع كتابة خلال تلك الفترة بعدم قبولها بالمرفق أو التعديل.

An annex that has been adopted or amended in accordance with paragraphs 228.2 and 228.3 above shall enter into force for all Parties to the Protocol six months after the date of the communication by the Depositary to such Parties of the adoption or amendment of the annex, except for those Parties that have notified the Depositary, in writing, within that period of their non-acceptance of the annex or amendment.
٨٢٢-٤ يبدأ نفاذ المرفق الذي اعتُمد أو عُدﱢل وفقاً للفقرتين ٨٢٢-٢ و٨٢٢-٣ أعلاه بالنسبة الى جميع أطراف البروتوكول بعد ستة أشهر من تاريخ قيام الوديع بإبلاغ هذه اﻷطراف باعتماد أو تعديل المرفق، باستثناء اﻷطراف التي تُبلغ الوديع كتابة خلال تلك الفترة بعدم قبولها بالمرفق أو التعديل.

An annex that has been proposed and adopted or amended in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 above shall enter into force for all Parties to this Protocol six months after the date of the communication by the Depositary to such Parties of the adoption or amendment of the annex, except for those Parties that have notified the Depositary, in writing, within that period of their non-acceptance of the annex or amendment to an annex.
٥- يبدأ نفاذ المرفق الذي اقترح واعتُمد أو عُدﱢل وفقاً للفقرات ٢ و٣ و٤ أعلاه بالنسبة الى جميع أطراف هذا البروتوكول بعد ستة أشهر من تاريخ إبلاغ الوديع هذه اﻷطراف باعتماد أو تعديل المرفق، إلا بالنسبة لﻷطراف التي تُبلغ الوديع كتابة خلال تلك الفترة بعدم قبولها للمرفق أو التعديل على مرفق.

(a) States which have consented to its adoption in the General Assembly of the United Nations, except any such State which before 16 November 1994 notifies the depositary in writing either that it will not so apply this Agreement or that it will consent to such application only upon subsequent signature or notification in writing;
)أ( الدول التي قبلت اعتماده في الجمعية العامة لﻷمم المتحدة، باستثناء أي دولة من هذه الدول تشعر الوديع كتابة قبل ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤ إما بأنها لن تطبق الاتفاق على هذا النحو وإما بأنها لن تقبل هذا التطبيق إلا بعد القيام في وقت لاحق بالتوقيع أو توجيه اشعار كتابي؛

(b) States and entities which sign this Agreement, except any such State or entity which notifies the depositary in writing at the time of signature that it will not so apply this Agreement;
)ب( الدول والكيانات التي توقع على هذا الاتفاق، باستثناء أي من هذه الدول والكيانات يشعر الوديع كتابة وقت التوقيع بأنه لن يطبق الاتفاق على هذا النحو؛

(a) States which have consented to its adoption in the General Assembly of the United Nations, except any such State which before 16 November 1994 notifies the depositary in writing either that it will not so apply this Agreement or that it will consent to such application only upon subsequent signature or notification in writing;

(b) States and entities which sign this Agreement, except any such State or entity which notifies the depositary in writing at the time of signature that it will not so apply this Agreement;
)ب( الدول والكيانات التي توقع على هذا الاتفاق، باستثناء أي من تلك الدول والكيانات يشعر الوديع كتابة وقت التوقيع بأنه لن يطبق الاتفاق على هذا النحو؛

(b) A decision to modify the Protocol shall be binding on the expiry of a period of two years after its adoption for all Parties that have not within that period notified the depositary in writing that they are unable to accept the decision.
(ب) يكون القرار بتحوير البروتوكول ملزماً عند انتهاء فترة السنتين بعد اعتماده بالنسبة لجميع الأطراف التي لم تقم أثناء هذه الفترة بإخطار الوديع كتابة بأنها غير قادرة على قبول القرار.

(a) States which have consented to its adoption in the General Assembly of the United Nations, except any such State which before 16 November 1994 notifies the depositary in writing either that it will not so apply this Agreement or that it will consent to such application only upon subsequent signature or notification in writing.
(أ) الدول التي قبلت اعتماده في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، باستثناء أي دولة من هذه الدول تشعر الوديع كتابة قبل 16 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1994 إما بأنها لن تطبق الاتفاق على هذا النحو وإما بأنها لن تقبل هذا التطبيق إلا بعد القيام في وقت لاحق بالتوقيع أو بتوجيه إشعار كتابي.

(b) Any Party that is unable to accept an additional annex shall so notify the Depositary, in writing, within one year from the date of communication of the adoption of the additional annex by the Depositary.
(ب) على أي طرف لا يستطيع قبول أي مرفق إضافي، أن يخطر الوديع كتابة بذلك في غضون سنة من تاريخ قيام الوديع بإبلاغه باعتماد المرفق الإضافي.

Any Party that is unable to accept an additional annex shall so notify the Depositary, in writing, within one year from the date of communication of the adoption of the additional annex by the Depositary.
(ب) على أي طرف لا يستطيع قبول أي مرفق إضافي أن يخطر الوديع كتابة بذلك في غضون سنة من تاريخ قيام الوديع بإبلاغه باعتماد المرفق الإضافي.
