14. The requirement in the Convention to provide these forms of rehabilitative services does not extinguish the need to provide medical and psychosocial services for victims in the direct aftermath of torture, nor does such initial care represent the fulfilment of the obligation to provide the means for as full rehabilitation as possible.

14. The requirement in the Convention to provide these forms of rehabilitative services does not extinguish the need to provide medical and psychosocial services for victims in the direct aftermath of torture, nor does such initial care represent the fulfilment of the obligation to provide the means for as full rehabilitation as possible.
14- ولا يبطل الشرط الوارد في الاتفاقية بتوفير هذه الأشكال من خدمات إعادة التأهيل ضرورةَ تقديم خدمات طبية ونفسية اجتماعية للضحايا بعد تعرضهم للتعذيب مباشرة، كما أن هذه الرعاية الأولوية لا تمثل وفاء بالالتزام المتعلق بتوفير الوسائل اللازمة لإعادة التأهيل على أكمل وجه ممكن.

The Committee is concerned that there is no explicit provision in domestic legislation and no specific programmes of assistance and support that provide for the right of victims of torture and ill-treatment to fair and adequate compensation, including the means for as full rehabilitation as possible, as required by article 14 of the Convention (art. 14).

(c) Urges the State party to ensure that any cases where public servants or private security staff infringe or violate human rights are investigated promptly, independently and effectively; that the perpetrators are tried and punished in accordance with the seriousness of their acts; and that the victims receive appropriate redress, including the means for their physical and psychological rehabilitation.

13. States shall provide victims of trafficking in persons with the means necessary for their rehabilitation and recovery, including medical and psychological care, as well as legal and social services, such as shelter, counselling, health services and linguistic support.
13 - توفِّر الدول لضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص الوسائل اللازمة لإعادة تأهيلهم وتعافيهم، بما يشمل الرعاية الطبية والنفسية والخدمات القانونية والاجتماعية، مثل المأوى والمشورة والخدمات الصحية والمساعدة اللغوية.

States shall provide victims of trafficking in persons with the means necessary for their rehabilitation and recovery, including medical and psychological care, as well as legal and social services, such as shelter, counselling, health services and linguistic support.
