The Executive Committee and the multilateral implementing agencies -- along with the bilateral implementing agencies of many of the developed country parties, as well as the regional networks and national ozone offices -- have collectively formed a strong project development, policy/regulatory advice and implementation network for achieving the objectives of the Montreal Protocol.
