The Special Rapporteur notes the adoption of the National Rural Development and Poverty Reduction Plan (2011-2015), intended to reduce the poverty rate from 26 to 16 per cent by 2015; economic reforms intended to lay the foundations for a market economy, promote growth and encourage foreign investment; and the establishment of a national economic and social advisory council on 13 June 2012.

47. In addition to the above-mentioned commitments, the Special Rapporteur notes the adoption of the National Rural Development and Poverty Reduction Plan (2011 - 2015), which is intended to reduce the poverty rate from 26 to 16 per cent by 2015, and various economic reforms designed to lay the foundations for a market economy, promote growth and encourage foreign investment.
47- وبالإضافة إلى الالتزامات المشار إليها أعلاه، يلاحظ المقرر الخاص اعتماد الخطة الوطنية للتنمية الريفية والحد من الفقر (2011-2015)، التي تهدف إلى خفض نسبة الفقر من 26 إلى 16 في المائة بحلول عام 2015، وإصلاحات اقتصادية مختلفة مصممة لوضع الأساس اللازم لاقتصاد قائم على السوق وتشجيع النمو والاستثمار الأجنبي.
