4.3 The State party recalls the facts as submitted by the author and emphasizes that, on 18 July 2006, the author was sentenced to four years' imprisonment, reduced to 33 months to take account of the time spent in detention, for robbery with violence or threatened violence against seven individuals, one of whom sustained serious injuries.
