Parties to an international dispute have access to diverse measures and mechanisms for dispute resolution, including negotiation, enquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement and resort to regional agencies or arrangements.
ويمكن لأطراف أي نزاع دولي أن يلتمسوا حله بتدابير وآليات متنوعة لتسوية المنازعات، منها المفاوضة والتحقيق والوساطة والتوفيق والتحكيم والتسوية القضائية، واللجوء إلى الوكالات أو الترتيبات الإقليمية.

States have the obligation to settle their disputes by negotiation, inquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement, resort to regional agencies or arrangements, or other peaceful means of their own choice.

وعلى اﻷطراف في نزاع قد يهدد الحفاظ على السلام واﻷمن الدوليين أن تسعى أولا إلى إيجاد حل من خلال المفاوضات والتحقيق والوساطة والتوفيق والتحكيم والتسوية القضائية أو اللجوء إلى الوكالات أو الترتيبات اﻹقليمية أو غيرها من الوسائل السلمية التي تختارها اﻷطراف.

In the second sentence, after the words " regional agencies or arrangements " , insert the words " where appropriate and when the mandate and scope of regional arrangements and agencies allow them to do so " .
في الجملة الثانية بعد عبارة " الوكالات أو الترتيبات الإقليمية " تضاف عبارة " حيثما يكون ذلك مناسبا وحيثما تتيح لها ذلك الولاية المسندة ونطاق الترتيبات الإقليمية "

Every effort will be made to seek the early resolution of conflicts through pacific settlement of disputes by the parties concerned through negotiation, inquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement, resort to regional agencies or arrangements, or other peaceful means in accordance with the Charter.

2.
