٢٢- تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريراً الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين بشأن التدابير المتخذة لتنفيذ هذا القرار والعقبات التي تعترض تنفيذه؛

12. Requests the Secretary-General to provide all necessary assistance to the Special Rapporteur to cover all his activities in order to enable him to submit his report to the Commission at its fifty-third session.
٢١- ترجو من اﻷمين العام أن يقدم كل ما يلزم من مساعدة الى المقرر الخاص لكي يغطي كل أنشطته حتى يتمكن من تقديم تقريره الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين.

It thus requested the Secretary-General to provide, without any further delay, the Special Rapporteur with all the necessary assistance and resources to carry out his mandate and enable him to submit an interim report to the General Assembly at its fifty-first session and a comprehensive report to the Commission at its fifty-third session.
ولذلك فقد طلبت اللجنة الى اﻷمين العام تزويد المقرر الخاص، دون أي مزيد من التأخير، بكل المساعدات والوسائل اللازمة لاضطلاعه بولايته وتقديم تقرير مؤقت الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وتقرير شامل الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين.

24. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the Commission at its fifty-third session a further report incorporating information on the progress achieved in the implementation of the present resolution;
٤٢- تطلب من اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين تقريراً آخر يتضمن معلومات عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا القرار؛

The Economic and Social Council, taking note of Commission on Human Rights resolution 1996/66 of 23 April 1996, endorses the Commission's decision to renew the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Equatorial Guinea for one year, and approves the Commission's request to the Special Rapporteur to report to the Commission at its fifty-third session.
إن المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، إذ يحيط علماً بقرار لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان ٦٩٩١/٦٦ المؤرخ في ٢٣ نيسان/أبريل ٦٩٩١، يؤيد مقرر اللجنة تجديد ولاية المقرر الخاص لمدة سنة واحدة؛ ويوافق على طلبها إلى المقرر الخاص أن يقدم تقريرا الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين.

13. Calls upon the Board of Trustees of the Fund to report to the Commission at its fifty-third session and present an updated assessment of the global need for rehabilitation services for torture victims and any need for international funding in this respect;
٣١- تطلب الى مجلس أمناء الصندوق أن يقدم تقريراً الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين وتقييماً يستوفي فيه المطلوب من خدمات إعادة التأهيل الشاملة لضحايا التعذيب وما قد يحتاجه من تمويل دولي في هذا الصدد؛

17. Decides to extend the mandate of the Special Rapporteur for one year, and requests the Special Rapporteur to report on the situation of human rights in Afghanistan to the Commission at its fifty-third session and to consider submitting a report to the General Assembly at its fifty-first session;
٧١- تقرر تمديد ولاية المقرر الخاص لمدة سنة واحدة، وترجو من المقرر الخاص أن يقدم تقريراً عن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في أفغانستان الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين وأن ينظر في تقديم تقرير الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين؛

85. In its resolution 1996/68, the Commission requested the Secretary— General to bring the resolution to the attention of the Government of Israel, to invite it to provide information concerning the extent of its implementation thereof and to report to the Commission at its fifty-third session on the results of his efforts in that regard.
٥٨- رجت اللجنة من اﻷمين العام، في قرارها ٦٩٩١/٨٦، أن يلفت نظر حكومة اسرائيل إلى هذا القرار وأن يدعوها الى تقديم المعلومات عن مدى تنفيذها له، وأن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين تقريرا عن نتائج جهوده في هذا الصدد.

90. In its resolution 1996/72, the Commission decided to extend for a further year the mandate of the Special Rapporteur, Mr. Max van der Stoel (Netherlands), and requested him to report periodically to the Commission on Human Rights and to submit an interim report to the General Assembly at its fifty—first session and a report to the Commission at its fifty-third session.
٠٩- قررت اللجنة، في قرارها ٦٩٩١/٢٧، تمديد ولاية المقرر الخاص السيد ماكس فان دير شتويل )هولندا( لمدة سنة أخرى، وطلبت اليه أن يقدم تقارير دورية الى لجنة حقوق الانسان وأن يقدم تقريرا مؤقتا الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وتقريرا الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين.

إن المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، إذ يحيط علماً بقرار لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان ٦٩٩١/٢٣ المؤرخ في ٩١ نيسان/أبريل ٦٩٩١، يؤيد طلب اللجنة إلى اﻷمين العام تقديم كل المساعدة اللازمة إلى المقرر الخاص لتمكينه من أداء ولايته، وتقديم تقرير أولي إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وتقديم تقرير الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين.

In its resolution 1996/69, the Commission extended the mandate of the Special Rapporteur for one year and requested the Special Rapporteur to maintain direct contacts with the Government and citizens of Cuba, as specified in past resolutions of the Commission, and to submit an interim report to the General Assembly at its fifty—first session and to report to the Commission at its fifty-third session on the results of his endeavours.
وقد مددت اللجنة، بموجب قرارها ٦٩٩١/٩٦، ولاية المقرر الخاص لمدة سنة واحدة، وطلبت الى المقرر الخاص أن يواصل الاتصالات المباشرة مع حكومة كوبا ومواطنيها على النحو المحدد في القرارات السابقة للجنة، وأن يقدم تقريرا مؤقتا الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وتقريرا الى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين عن نتائج مساعيه.
