وقررت اللجنة أن تجدد ولاية المقرر الخاص لمدة سنة واحدة، وطلبت منه أن يقدم تقريره الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين.

٥٣ - وطلبت اللجنة الى الفريق العامل المعني بالحق في التنمية، في الفقرة ٦١ من القرار ٤٩٩١/١٢، أن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز في أعماله خلال ٤٩٩١.

Additionally, it GE.94-14924 (E) page requested the Secretary-General to encourage successor States to confirm their obligations under the international human rights treaties to which their predecessors were a party, as from the date of their independence and to report to the Commission at its fifty-first session on action taken in that respect.
كما رجا القرار من اﻷمين العام أن يشجع الدول الخلف على تأكيد التزاماتها بموجب المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق اﻹنسان التي كانت الدول السلف طرفا فيها وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ استقلالها، وأن يقدم تقريرا الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين عما اتخذ من اجراءات في هذ الصدد.

Recalling its resolution 1994/29 of 4 March 1994, in which it urged the Subcommission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities to complete its consideration of the draft declaration on the rights of indigenous people and submit to the Commission at its fifty-first session the draft declaration together with any recommendations thereon,

Recalling its resolution 1993/51 of 9 March 1993, in which it requested the Secretary-General to submit to the Commission at its fifty-first session a report on the state of regional arrangements for the promotion and protection of human rights and to include therein the result of action taken in pursuance of the resolution,

In resolution 1994/10 of 18 February 1994, the Commission requested the Working Group, inter alia, to continue to examine the situation regarding the violations of human rights in South Africa and to submit a final report to the Commission at its fifty-first session and a preliminary report to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth session.
وفي القرار ١٩٩٤/١٠ المؤرخ ١٨ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٤، طلبت اللجنة من الفريق العامل، في جملة أمور، أن يواصل دراسة الحالة فيما يتصل بانتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان في جنوب افريقيا، وأن يقدم تقريرا نهائيا الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وتقريرا أوليا الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين.

٩- ترجو من المقرر الخاص أن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين تقريرا يستند الى كل المعلومات التي يمكن جمعها عن حالة حقوق الانسان في زائير، بما فيها المعلومات التي توفرها المنظمات غير الحكومية؛

4. The Commission requested the Secretary-General to consult the States in the Asian and Pacific region on the widest possible basis in the implementation of resolution 1994/48, and to submit to the Commission at its fifty-first session a report incorporating information on the progress achieved in the implementation of that resolution.
٤ - وطلبت اللجنة من اﻷمين العام التشاور على أوسع نطاق ممكن مع دول منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ في تنفيذ القرار ٤٩٩١/٨٤، وأن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين تقريرا يتضمن معلومات عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ ذلك القرار.

It also requested him to submit to the Commission, at its fifty-first session, an updated version of the report on the situation of United Nations staff members, experts and their families detained, imprisoned, missing or held in a country against their will, including those cases which had been successfully settled since the presentation of the last report, as well as on the implementation of the measures referred to in the above resolution.
وطلبت إليه أيضا أن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين صيغة محدﱠثة للتقرير المتعلق بحالة موظفي وخبراء اﻷمم المتحدة وأسرهم المعتقلين أو المسجونين أو المفقودين أو المحتجزين في بلد ما رغما عنهم، بما في ذلك تلك الحالات التي تمت تسويتها بنجاح منذ تقديم آخر تقرير ، وكذلك عن تنفيذ التدابير المشار اليها في القرار المذكور آنفاً.

The Special Rapporteur is to examine incidents of contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, any form of discrimination against Blacks, Arabs and Muslims, xenophobia, negrophobia, anti-Semitism and related intolerance, as well as governmental measures to overcome them, and to report on those matters to the Commission at its fifty-first session in 1995.
وسيقوم هذا المقرر الخاص بالنظر في الحوادث الناجمة من اﻷشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وأي شكل من أشكال التمييز ضد السود والعرب والمسلمين، وكراهية اﻷجانب، وكراهية السود، ومعاداة السامية وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، وكذلك النظر في التدابير الحكومية المتخذة للتغلب على هذه اﻷشكال من التمييز، وتقديم تقرير بشأن تلك المسائل الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين في عام ١٩٩٥.

5. The present report should be read in conjunction with the report of the Secretary-General prepared in pursuance of Commission resolution 1994/11 (E/CN.4/1995/25) on adequate measures to be implemented to find a durable solution to the debt crisis of developing countries so that they might fully enjoy all human rights, submitted to the Commission at its fifty-first session and endorsed by the Commission in its resolution 1995/13.
٥- وينبغي أن يُقرأ هذا التقرير مقترناً بالتقرير الذي أعده اﻷمين العام عملاً بقرار اللجنة ٤٩٩١/١١ )E/CN.4/1995/25( عن التدابير الملائمة التي يتعين تنفيذها لايجاد حل دائم ﻷزمة الديون في البلدان النامية حتى يتسنى لها التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق اﻹنسان، وهو التقرير الذي قُدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وأقرته اللجنة في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٣١.
