9. The CHAIRPERSON, drawing attention to rules 2 and 3 of the rules of procedure concerning the timely submission of credentials, noted that the Secretary-General had yet to receive proper credentials from some of the States parties represented at the Conference.
٩ - الرئيس: لاحظ وهو يلفت اﻷنظار الى المادتين ٢ و ٣ من النظام الداخلي بشأن تقديم وثائق التفويض في حينها، أن اﻷمين العام لم يتلق بعد وثائق التفويض الملائمة من بعض الدول اﻷطراف الممثلة في المؤتمر.

In this context, the State party refers to articles 20 and 27 of the Constitution of Cameroon, which lay down the principle that draft legislation incompatible with fundamental human rights principles would be repudiated by Parliament or by the Supreme Court.

١٦ - وفضلا عن ذلك، ولتبسيط إجراءات الجمعية العامة، وعلى سبيل التوفير في التكاليف، يوجه المكتب انتباه الجمعية العامة، فيما يتعلق بطول البيانات، كما فعل في الدورات اﻷخيرة، الى المادتين ٧٢ و ١١٤ من النظام الداخلي والى الفقرة ٢٢ من مرفقه السادس بشأن اﻹجراءات المناسبة في الجلسات العامة واللجان الرئيسية.

١٩ - وبغية تبسيط إجراءات الجمعية العامة وكتدبير آخر للاقتصاد في التكاليف، قد يود المكتب فيما يتعلق بطول البيانات أن يوجه انتباه الجمعية، كما فعل في الدورات اﻷخيرة، الى المادتين ٧٢ و ١١٤ من النظام الداخلي والى الفقرة ٢٢ من مرفقه السادس بشأن اﻹجراءات المناسبة في الجلسات العامة واللجان الرئيسية.

٢٢ - وبغية تبسيط إجراءات الجمعية العامة وكتدبير آخر لتوفير التكاليف، قد يود المكتب فيما يتعلق بطول البيانات أن يوجه انتباه الجمعية العامة، كما فعل في الدورات اﻷخيرة، الى المادتين ٧٢ و ١١٤ من النظام الداخلي والى الفقرة ٢٢ من مرفقه السادس بشأن اﻹجراءات المناسبة في الجلسات العامة واللجان الرئيسية.

2. The CHAIRMAN drew the Committee's attention to rules 155 and 156 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly and said that the Assembly needed to appoint six persons to fill the vacancies which would arise in the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions on 31 December 1995.
٢ - الرئيس: وجه انتباه اللجنة الى المادتين ١٥٥ و ١٥٦ من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة وقال إن على الجمعية العامة أن تعين ستة أشخاص لملء الشواغر التي ستنشأ في اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية اعتبارا من ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥.
