In this context it endorses the Secretary-General's call to the Government of Rwanda to maintain an open dialogue with all political interest groups in Rwanda in an effort to achieve genuine reconciliation between all elements of Rwandan society, within the frame of reference of the Arusha Peace Agreement.
وفي هذا الصدد، يؤيد المجلس طلب اﻷمين العام الى حكومة رواندا بإدامه الحوار الصريح مع جميع مجموعات المصالح السياسية في رواندا سعيا منها لتحقيق مصالحة حقيقية بين جميع عناصر المجتمع الرواندي، في إطار أحكام اتفاق أروشا للسلم.

Following the adoption of resolution 872 (1993), a draft status of forces agreement was presented to the Government of Rwanda.

Taking note of the letter dated 5 July 1995 from the Permanent Representative of Rwanda to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Security Council (S/1995/547), requesting urgent action to lift the restrictions on the sale or supply of arms and matériel to the Government of Rwanda to ensure the security of the Rwandan population,
وإذ يحيط علما بالرسالة المؤرخة ٥ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥ الموجهة الى رئيس مجلس اﻷمن من الممثل الدائم لرواندا لدى اﻷمم المتحدة (S/1995/547)، التي يطلب فيها اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة لرفع القيود المفروضة على بيع اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة أو توريدها الى حكومة رواندا لكفالة أمن السكان الروانديين،

7. Decides that, with immediate effect and until 1 September 1996, the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) shall not apply with regard to the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda through named points of entry on a list to be supplied by that Government to the Secretary-General, who shall promptly notify all Member States of the United Nations of the list;
٧ - يقرر أنه، مع التنفيذ الفوري وحتى ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦، لا تسري القيود المفروضة بموجب الفقرة ١٣ من القرار ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤( فيما يتعلق ببيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة الى حكومة رواندا عن طريق نقاط دخول معينة مدرجة في قائمة تقدمها تلك الحكومة الى اﻷمين العام، الذي يقوم على الفور بإخطار جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة بتلك القائمة؛

“7.
