As mentioned in the official declaration attached hereto, the Principality of Monaco is prepared to accept and carry out the obligations contained in the Charter of the United Nations.
وكما هو مشار اليه في البيان الرسمي المرفق طيه، فان امارة موناكو مستعدة للقبول بالالتزامات الواردة في ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة والوفاء بها.

The Principality of Monaco is fully aware of this and is striving to assist to the extent within its power in protecting the environment as well as in combating pollution in the oceans and seas.

With reference to the request by the Principality of Monaco for admission to the United Nations, I have the honour to declare, on behalf of the Principality of Monaco and in my capacity as Minister of State of the Principality, that the Principality of Monaco accepts the obligations contained in the Charter of the United Nations and solemnly pledges to carry them out.
إعلان بالاشارة الى طلب قبول امارة موناكو في عضوية اﻷمم المتحدة، أتشرف بأن أعلن، باسم امارة موناكو وبصفتي وزيرا للدولة، في هذه الامارة، أن امارة موناكو تقبل بالالتزامات الواردة في ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة وتلتزم رسميا بالوفاء بها.

In accordance with rule 135 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly and rule 59 of the provisional rules of procedure of the Security Council, the Secretary-General has the honour to circulate herewith a copy of the request by the Principality of Monaco for admission to the United Nations, contained in a letter dated 14 May 1993 from the Minister of State of the Principality of Monaco addressed to the Secretary-General.
وفقا للمادة ١٣٥ من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة والمادة ٥٩ من النظام الداخلي المؤقت لمجلس اﻷمن، يتشرف اﻷمين العام بتوزيع نسخة من طلب قبول امارة موناكو في عضوية اﻷمم المتحدة، المرفق طي هذا والوارد في رسالة مؤرخة ١٤ ايار/مايو ١٩٩٣ وموجهة الى اﻷمين العام من وزير الدولة في امارة موناكو.

Pursuant to my letter of 5 April 1993 and in accordance with Article 4 of the Charter of the United Nations, as well as with rule 58 of the provisional rules of procedure of the Security Council and rule 134 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, I have the honour, on behalf of the Principality of Monaco and in my capacity as Minister of State, to confirm the request of the Principality of Monaco to be admitted to the United Nations.
الحاقا برسالتي المؤرخة ٥ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٣ ووفقا للمادة ٤ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة وكذلك المادة ٥٨ من النظام الداخلي المؤقت لمجلس اﻷمن والمادة ١٣٤ من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، أتشرف، باسم امارة موناكو وبصفتي وزيرا للدولة، بأن أؤكد لكم أن امارة موناكو تطلب قبولها في عضوية اﻷمم المتحدة.
