While noting that some parties to armed conflict have responded to its call upon them to prepare and implement concrete time-bound action plans to halt the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law:
إذ يلاحظ أن بعض الأطراف في النزاع المسلح قد استجابت لدعوته الموجهة إليها لإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل عملية ومحددة زمنيا لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري:

(ii) To immediately halt all violations and abuses committed against children, in particular killing and maiming and attacks against schools in violation of applicable international law and to fully recognize and respect the civilian status of schools;
' 2` الوقف الفوري لجميع الانتهاكات والاعتداءات المرتكبة ضد الأطفال، وخاصة أعمال القتل والتشويه وشن الهجمات على المدارس في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري وعلى الاعتراف اعترافا كاملا بالوضع المدني للمدارس واحترامه احتراما كاملا؛

(iv) To take measures to stop the killing and maiming of children resulting from aerial and artillery bombs and to stop using anti-personnel landmines in violation of applicable international law and to remove unexploded ordnance immediately after the cessation of hostilities, in order to avoid the killing and maiming of children as a result of their use;
' 4` على اتخاذ تدابير لوقف قتل الأطفال وتشويههم نتيجة للقصف الجوي والمدفعي ووقف استخدام الألغام المضادة للأفراد في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري ولإزالة القذائف غير المتفجرة بعد توقف الأعمال العدائية فورا، بغية تجنب قتل الأطفال وتشويههم نتيجة لهذا الاستخدام؛

" The Council welcomes the steps taken by the SecretaryGeneral in the implementation of resolution 1882 (2009) by including in the annexes to his report those parties to armed conflict that engage, in contravention of applicable international law, in patterns of killing and maiming of children and/or rape and other sexual violence, in situations of armed conflict.
" ويرحب المجلس بالخطوات التي اتخذها الأمين العام في إطار تنفيذ القرار 1882 (2009) بتضمين مرفقي تقريره أسماء أطراف النزاع المسلح التي تشارك بشكل نمطي في قتل الأطفال وتشويههم و/أو اغتصابهم وإخضاعهم لأشكال أخرى من العنف الجنسي في حالات النزاع المسلح، في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري.

5. While noting that some parties to armed conflict have responded to its call upon them to prepare and implement concrete timebound action plans to halt the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law:
5 - إذ يلاحظ أن بعض الأطراف في النزاع المسلح قد استجابت لدعوته الموجهة إليها لإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل عملية ومحددة زمنيا لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري:

(b) Urging BIFF to publicly express their commitment and take active steps to end all recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law and to prevent all violations and abuses committed against children, including by entering into dialogue with the United Nations.
(ب) يحث مقاتلي بانغسامورو الإسلاميين في سبيل الحرية على الإعلان عن التزامهم بوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري وبمنع جميع الانتهاكات والاعتداءات المرتكبة ضد الأطفال واتخاذ خطوات فعالة لتحقيق ذلك، تشمل الدخول في حوار مع الأمم المتحدة.

(d) Requesting the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Citizen Armed Forces Geographical Unit to immediately end and prevent the use of children, killing and maiming and the military use of schools and health units in violation of applicable international law, and expressing concern about several incidents of sexual violence against children;
(د) تطلب إلى القوات المسلحة الفلبينية والوحدة الجغرافية المدنية التابعة لها أن توقف وتمنع فورا استخدام الأطفال وقتلهم وتشويههم واستخدام المدارس والوحدات الصحية لأغراض عسكرية في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري وتعرب عن القلق إزاء ارتكاب العديد من حوادث العنف الجنسي ضد الأطفال؛

(a) Welcoming the designation of a high-level focal point to work with the United Nations towards the development of an action plan to address the recruitment of children, and urging the Transitional Federal Government to take concrete measures to end such recruitment, in violation of applicable international law, and to take action against perpetrators;
(أ) يرحب فيها بتعيين منسقة رفيعة المستوى للعمل مع الأمم المتحدة على وضع خطة عمل للتصدي لمسألة تجنيد الأطفال، ويحث الحكومة الاتحادية الانتقالية على اتخاذ تدابير ملموسة لوقف تجنيد الأطفال في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري واتخاذ إجراءات ضد الجناة؛

(a) Reiterates its call upon those parties to armed conflict listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral on children and armed conflict that have not already done so to prepare and implement, without further delay, action plans to halt the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law;
(أ) يكرر دعوته أطراف النزاع المسلح المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح التي لم تقم بعد بإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري إلى القيام بذلك دون مزيد من التأخير؛

(a) Reiterates its call upon parties to armed conflict listed in the annexes to the report of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict that have not already done so to prepare and implement, without further delay, action plans to halt the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law;
(أ) يكرر دعوته أطراف النزاع المسلح المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح التي لم تقم بعد بإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري إلى القيام بذلك دون مزيد من التأخير؛

(b) Urging ASG to publicly express its commitment and take active steps to end and prevent all recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law and all other violations and abuses against children, including through the expeditious development and implementation of action plans in line with Security Council resolutions 1612 (2005), 1882 (2009), 1998 (2011) and 2068 (2012).
(ب) يحث جماعة أبو سياف على الإعلان عن التزامها بوقف ومنع تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري وجميع الانتهاكات والاعتداءات الأخرى ضد الأطفال واتخاذ خطوات فعالة لتحقيق ذلك تشمل التعجيل في وضع خطط عمل وتنفيذها بما يتماشى مع قرارات مجلس الأمن 1612 (2005) و 1882 (2009) و 1998 (2011) و 2068 (2012).

Urges Member States, United Nations entities, regional and sub-regional organizations and other parties concerned, to take appropriate measures to control illicit sub-regional and cross-border activities harmful to children, including ... abduction of children and their use and recruitment as soldiers as well as other violations and abuses committed against children in situations of armed conflict in violation of applicable international law.
يحث الدول الأعضاء، وكيانات الأمم المتحدة، والمنظمات الإقليمية والمنظمات دون الإقليمية والأطراف المعنية الأخرى، على أن تتخذ تدابير مناسبة لمكافحة أي أنشطة غير مشروعة تضر بالأطفال عبر الحدود وعلى الصعيد دون الإقليمي، ومن بينها...، اختطاف الأطفال واستخدامهم وتجنيدهم جنودا وأي انتهاكات أخرى أو أعمال إيذاء ترتكب بحق الأطفال في حالات النـزاع المسلح، في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري.

171. By paragraph 3 of its resolution 1882 (2009), the Security Council expanded the scope of the annexes to the Secretary-General's reports beyond the unlawful recruitment and use of children to include acts in violation of applicable international law involving patterns of killing and maiming of children and patterns of rape or other acts of sexual violence against children.
171 - قام مجلس الأمن، بموجب الفقرة 3 من قراره 1882 (2009) بتوسيع نطاق مرفقات تقارير الأمين العام بحيث يشمل إلى جانب التجنيد غير القانوني للأطفال واستخدامهم الأعمال التي ترتكب في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري ومنها عمليات قتل وتشويه الأطفال و/أو الاغتصاب والأنواع الأخرى من العنف الجنسي الموجه ضد الأطفال بشكل نمطي.

(c) Expressing deep concern about the killing and maiming of children and other civilians, in violation of applicable international law, in the course of military operations, reminding all parties to the conflict of their obligations under international law and urging them to make all efforts to protect children through strict adherence to the principles of international humanitarian law in the conduct of hostilities;
(ج) ويعرب عن قلقه العميق إزاء قتل الأطفال وغيرهم من المدنيين وتشويههم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري أثناء العمليات العسكرية، ويذكِّر جميع أطراف النزاع بالتزاماتهم بموجب القانون الدولي، ويحثها على بذل كل الجهود لحماية الأطفال من خلال التقيد الصارم بمبادئ القانون الإنساني الدولي في سير الأعمال العدائية؛

(b) Expressing deep concern about the killing and maiming of children and other civilians, in violation of applicable international law, in the course of military operations, reminding the Transitional Federal Government of its obligations under international law and urging it to make all efforts to protect children through strict adherence to the principles of distinction and proportionality in the conduct of hostilities;
(ب) ويعرب عن قلقه العميق إزاء قتل الأطفال وغيرهم من المدنيين وتشويههم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري أثناء العمليات العسكرية، ويذّكِّر الحكومة الاتحادية الانتقالية بالتزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي، ويحثها على بذل كل الجهود لحماية الأطفال من خلال التقيد الصارم بمبدأي التمييز والتناسب في سير الأعمال العدائية؛

(b) Requesting him to encourage the United Nations country task force on monitoring and reporting to renew its efforts to reach out to NPA, in close cooperation with the Government of the Philippines, with a view to developing an action plan to end and prevent the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law and to address other violations and abuses against children committed by NPA in the Philippines.
(ب) تطلب إليه أن يشجع فرقة العمل القطرية للرصد والإبلاغ التابعة للأمم المتحدة على استئناف جهودها الرامية إلى الاتصال بجيش الشعب الجديد، بالتعاون الوثيق مع حكومة الفلبين، وذلك بهدف وضع خطة عمل لوقف ومنع تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري والتصدي للانتهاكات والاعتداءات الأخرى ضد الأطفال التي يرتكبها جيش الشعب الجديد في الفلبين.
