• Statelessness and the Convention

These obligations are codified and elaborated in the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons.
وهذه الالتزامات مدونة ومفصلة في اتفاقية تخفيض حالات انعدام الجنسية والاتفاقية المتعلقة بوضع الأشخاص عديمي الجنسية.

Bearing in mind the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons,
وإذ يضع في اعتباره اتفاقية خفض حالات انعدام الجنسية والاتفاقية الخاصة بمركز الأشخاص عديمي الجنسية،

The Committee reiterates its invitation to the State party to ratify the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons.
وتكرر اللجنة دعوتها إلى الدولة الطرف بالتصديق على الاتفاقية المتعلقة بخفض حالات انعدام الجنسية والاتفاقية المتعلقة بوضع الأشخاص عديمي الجنسية.

5. Calls upon States that have not already done so to consider accession to the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons;
5- يطلب إلى الدول أن تنظر، إن لم تكن قد فعلت ذلك بعد، في الانضمام إلى اتفاقية خفض حالات انعدام الجنسية والاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع الأشخاص عديمي الجنسية؛

5. Encourages States that have not acceded to the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons to consider doing so;
5- يشجع الدول التي لم تنضم إلى اتفاقية خفض حالات انعدام الجنسية والاتفاقية الخاصة بمركز الأشخاص عديمي الجنسية على أن تنظر في الاضطلاع بذلك؛

5. Calls upon States that have not already done so to consider accession to the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons;

The organization welcomes in particular the resolution's call upon States that have not already done so to consider accession to the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons, but notes that all the cosponsors of the resolution have yet to accede to one or both of the conventions.
وترحب بالخصوص بطلب القرار إلى الدول أن تنظر، إن لم تكن فعلت ذلك بعد، في الانضمام إلى اتفاقية خفض حالات انعدام الجنسية والاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع الأشخاص عديمي الجنسية، غير أنها تلاحظ أنه يتعين على جميع المشاركين في تقديم القرار الذين لم يقوموا بذلك بعد أن ينضموا إلى إحدى الاتفاقيتين أو كليهما.

15. In December 2011, the fiftieth and sixtieth anniversary celebrations of the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees would culminate in an intergovernmental meeting at the ministerial level in Geneva.

20. Take further measures to reduce the number of stateless in the country and sign and ratify the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons (Netherlands);
20- اتخاذ مزيد من التدابير للحد من عدد عديمي الجنسية في البلد، والتوقيع والتصديق على اتفاقية الحد من انعدام الجنسية والاتفاقية المتعلقة بوضع الأشخاص عديمي الجنسية (هولندا)؛

The Committee further notes with regret that the State party has not yet implemented the recommendation, made in its previous concluding observations, to become a party to the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness and the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons (art. 5 (d) (iii)).
