يجوز أن يُدرج في جدول الأعمال ما يُقترح إدراجه فيه قبل افتتاح الدورة العادية بأقل من ثلاثين يوما أو في أثناء انعقاد هذه الدورة من بنود إضافية متسمة بطابع الأهمية والاستعجال، إذا قررت الجمعية العامة ذلك بأغلبية الأعضاء الحاضرين المصوّتين.

The start of this session of the General Assembly coincides with the commemoration of the fiftieth year since the first summit of the Movement took place, and to celebrate its significant contributions to enhancing our international efforts to preserve international peace and security and achieve development for the peoples of the world in a changing international environment and in the face of multiple challenges.
