٨ - تحث كذلك جميع اﻷطراف اﻷفغانية على أن تكفل تنفيذ برامج اﻷمم المتحدة دون تمييز ضد المرأة كمشاركة فيها أو مستفيدة منها؛

Paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 52/145 urged all the Afghan parties to bring an end to discrimination on the basis of gender and to the deprivation of human rights of women without delay.
وأشارت إلى أن الفقرة ٦ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٢/١٤٥ تحث جميع اﻷطراف اﻷفغانية على أن تنهي دون تأخير التمييز على أساس نوع الجنس وحرمان المرأة من حقوق اﻹنسان.

7. Urges all the Afghan parties to work closely with the United Nations Special Mission to Afghanistan with a view to achieving a comprehensive political solution leading to the eventual establishment of a democratic Government elected through free and fair elections based on the right to self-determination of the peoples of Afghanistan;
٧ - تحث جميع اﻷطراف اﻷفغانية على أن تعمل على نحو وثيق مع بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة الخاصة إلى أفغانستان بغية تحقيق تسوية سياسية شاملة تفضي، في نهاية المطاف، إلى إقامة حكومة ديمقراطية منتخبة من خلال انتخابات حرة ونزيهة تقوم على حق شعب أفغانستان في تقرير مصيره؛

6. Urges all the Afghan parties to bring an end without delay to discrimination on the basis of gender and the deprivation of human rights of women, and in particular to take measures to ensure:
٦ - تحث جميع اﻷطراف اﻷفغانية على أن تنهي دون تأخير التمييز على أساس نوع الجنس وحرمان المرأة من حقوق اﻹنسان، وأن تتخذ بصورة خاصة تدابير لضمان ما يلي:

10. Urges all the Afghan parties to provide efficient and effective remedies to the victims of grave violations of human rights and of accepted humanitarian rules and to bring their perpetrators to trial in accordance with internationally accepted standards;
٠١ - تحث اﻷطراف اﻷفغانية على أن توفر وسائل انتصاف مؤثرة وفعالة لضحايا الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق اﻹنسان والقواعد اﻹنسانية المقبولة، وتقديم مرتكبي هذه الانتهاكات للمحاكمة وفقا للمعايير المقبولة دوليا؛

Urges all the Afghan parties to work and cooperate fully with the United Nations Special Mission to Afghanistan with a view to achieving a comprehensive political solution leading to the cessation of armed confrontation and the establishment of a democratic Government elected through free and fair elections to be held throughout the country and based on the right to self-determination of the people of Afghanistan;
٢- تحث جميع اﻷطراف اﻷفغانية على أن تعمل وتتعاون بصورة كاملة مع البعثة الخاصة لﻷمم المتحدة في أفغانستان بغية تحقيق حل سياسي شامل يفضي الى وقف المواجهة المسلحة وإقامة حكومة ديمقراطية عن طريق انتخابات حرة ونزيهة تجرى في جميع أرجاء البلد وتقوم على حق شعب أفغانستان في تقرير مصيره؛

٧ - تحث جميع اﻷطراف اﻷفغانية على أن تعمل وتتعاون على نحو وثيق مع بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة الخاصة إلى أفغانستان بغية تحقيق تسوية سياسية شاملة تفضي إلى وقف المواجهة المسلحة وإقامة حكومة ديمقراطية منتخبة من خلال انتخابات حرة ونزيهة، تقوم على حق شعب أفغانستان في تقرير مصيره؛

12. Urges all the Afghan parties to respect fully international humanitarian law and to protect civilians, to halt the use of weapons against the civilian population, to refrain from storing munitions in residential areas, to prohibit the drafting and recruitment of children as para-combatants, to ensure their reintegration into society and to stop the practice of using people as human shields;
٢١ - تحث جميع اﻷطراف اﻷفغانية على أن تحترم بالكامل القانون اﻹنساني الدولي، وعلى حماية المدنيين ووقف استخدام اﻷسلحة ضد السكان المدنيين، والامتناع عن تخزين الذخائر في المناطق السكنية، وحظر تعبئة وتجنيد اﻷطفال كأشباه مقاتلين، وعلى ضمان إعادة دمجهم في المجتمع، ووقف ممارسة استخدام الناس كدروع بشرية؛

Also urges all the Afghan parties to work closely and to cooperate with the United Nations Special Mission to Afghanistan with a view to achieving a comprehensive political solution leading to the cessation of armed confrontation and to the establishment of a democratic Government elected through free and fair elections, based on the right to self-determination of the people of Afghanistan;
