178. The Committee notes with concern the lack of training of professional groups working with and for children.

These services consist of medical screening, psychological support and other actions and focus in particular on children and those who were children at the time of the disaster.

٠١- وفي ما يتعلق بالتنسيق بين البرامج والسياسات، تشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء التنسيق غير الكافي بين مختلف الهيئات والوكالات العاملة في وسط اﻷطفال ومن أجلهم.

67. With regard to coordination of programmes and policies, the Committee is concerned at the insufficient coordination between the different bodies and agencies working with and for children.
٧٦- وفي ما يتعلق بالتنسيق بين البرامج والسياسات، تشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء عدم كفاية التنسيق بين مختلف الهيئات والوكالات العاملة في وسط اﻷطفال ومن أجلهم.

∙ They have embarked on a new round of military conscription, press-ganging children and persons above the age of 60 to join the armed forces;

29. The Committee is worried about the widespread practice of early marriage and the related consequence of high child mortality rates and the negative impact on the health of girls bearing children at an early age.
٢٩ - وتساور اللجنة مشاعر القلق إزاء اتساع انتشار ممارسة الزواج المبكر وما ينجم عنها من ارتفاع معدلات وفيات اﻷطفال ومن تأثير سلبي على صحة الفتيات اللاّتي يحملن أطفالا في سن مبكرة.

The Committee also recommends that the State party ensure specific training on the Convention for professional groups working with and for children, including teachers, social workers, health personnel, judges and law enforcement officials.
وتوصي اللجنة أيضا الدولة الطرف بتوفير تدريب محدد في موضوع الاتفاقية للفئات المهنية التي تعمل وسط اﻷطفال ومن أجلهم، بمن فيهم المدرسون، والعاملون الاجتماعيون، والعاملون الصحيون، والقضاة ومسؤولو إنفاذ القوانين.

Awareness-raising campaigns should be launched, in particular among children, parents and professionals working with and for children, on the need for increased attention to these principles.
وينبغي الاضطلاع بحملات للتوعية وخاصة بين اﻷطفال واﻵباء واﻷمهات والمهنيين العاملين مع اﻷطفال ومن أجلهم، بشأن الحاجة إلى زيادة الاهتمام بهذه المبادئ.

The Committee is however concerned that efforts to provide multidisciplinary training to professionals working with and for children are not systematic and do not include all areas covered by the Optional Protocol.
