11. As mentioned by the Secretary-General in his report dated 11 December 2006 to the Security Council, efforts to form a Palestinian national unity government appear to have stalled.

1. The present report updates information on the financial situation of the United Nations provided in the report of the Secretary-General of 3 November 1998 (A/53/514/Add.1).
١ - يستكمل هذا التقرير المعلومات المتعلقة بالحالة المالية لﻷمم المتحدة التي قدمها اﻷمين العام في تقريره المؤرخ ٣ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٨ )A/53/514/Add.1(.

Column 1 of the annex contains, for comparison, the cost estimates for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998 as proposed by the Secretary-General in his report of 29 April 1997 (A/51/508/Add.3).

There was as a result no consensus among Council members on any of the options put forward by the Secretary-General in his report dated 19 February 2002 (S/2002/178).

Calls on the parties to fulfil the commitments they have given to respect fully the withdrawal line identified by the United Nations, as set out in the Secretary-General's report of 16 June 2000 (S/2000/590 and Corr.1), to exercise utmost restraint and to cooperate fully with the United Nations and with the Force;
