ومن المستحسن أن تستخدم الدول الأطراف هذه الاستمارة للإبلاغ عن الأنشطة المضطلع بها فيما يخص المادة 6، ولا سيما الإبلاغ عن المساعدة المقدمة من أجل رعاية ضحايا الألغام وإعادة تأهيلهم ودمجهم من جديد على الصعيدين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي.

408. Montenegro referred to activities undertaken with regard to the protection of Roma populations and emphasized the strategy for social inclusion of Roma, and expressed its readiness to ensure all the rights of the Roma.
408- وأشار الجبل الأسود إلى الأنشطة المضطلع بها فيما يتعلق بحماية جماعة الروما وشدد على الاستراتيجية المتعلقة بالاندماج الاجتماعي لهذه الجماعة وأعرب عن استعداده لضمان جميع حقوقها.

In addition, 35 States parties have reported voluntarily on activities undertaken with respect to article 6, in particular on assistance provided for the care, rehabilitation, and social and economic reintegration of mine victims (objective 6.1).

(ب) أوصيت الدول الأطراف أيضاً بالنظر في استخدام هذه الاستمارة للإبلاغ عن الأنشطة المضطلع بها فيما يتعلق بالمادة 6 وبالأخص في الإبلاغ عن المساعدة المقدمة لرعاية ضحايا الألغام وإعادة تأهيلهم وإدماجهم اجتماعياً واقتصادياً.

b. It was further recommended that States Parties consider using this form to report on activities undertaken with respect to Article 6, in particular to report on assistance provided for the care and rehabilitation, and social and economic reintegration, of mine victims.
(ب) أوصيت الدول الأطراف أيضاً بالنظر في استخدام هذه الاستمارة للإبلاغ عن الأنشطة المضطلع بها فيما يتعلق بالمادة 6 وبالأخص في الإبلاغ عن المساعدة المقدمة لرعاية ضحايا الألغام وإعادة تأهيلهم وإدماجهم اجتماعياً واقتصادياً.

This form provides States Parties with the opportunity to report voluntarily on matters pertaining to compliance and implementation not covered by the formal reporting requirements contained in Article 7, in particular to report on activities undertaken with respect to Article 6: on assistance provided for the care and rehabilitation, and social and economic reintegration, of mine victims.
وهذا النموذج يتيح الفرصة للدول الأطراف لكي تقدم طواعية تقارير عما يتصل بالامتثال للاتفاقية وتنفيذها من مسائل لا تدخل ضمن المتطلبات الرسمية لتقديم التقارير المنصوص عليها في المادة 7، وخاصة بتقديم تقارير عن الأنشطة المضطلع بها فيما يتعلق بالمادة 6 في مجال تقديم المساعدة من أجل رعاية ضحايا الألغام وإعادة تأهيلهم وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً واقتصادياً(1).
