Bearing in mind that all activities implemented jointly under this pilot phase require prior acceptance, approval or endorsement by the Governments of the Parties participating in these activities, which shall be shown as follows:

At its 8th plenary meeting, on 19 July, the Conference of the Parties, on the recommendation of the SBSTA and the SBI, adopted decision 8/CP.2 on activities implemented jointly under the pilot phase.
واعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف في جلسته العامة الثامنة المعقودة في ١٩ تموز/يوليه، وبناء على توصية الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية والهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ، المقرر ٨/م أ-٢ بشأن اﻷنشطة المنفذة تنفيذا مشتركا في إطار المرحلة التجريبية.

At its 10th plenary meeting, on 7 April, the Conference of the Parties adopted, under agenda item 6(c), decision 5/CP.1 on activities implemented jointly under the pilot phase, the text of which is contained in Part Two, section I, of this report.
٨٦- وفي الجلسة العامة العاشرة المعقودة في ٧ نيسان/أبريل، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف، في إطار البند ٦)ج( من جدول اﻷعمال، المقرر ٥/م أ-١ بشأن اﻷنشطة المنفذة تنفيذا مشتركا في إطار المرحلة التجريبية الذي يرد نصه في الفرع اﻷول من الجزء الثاني من هذا التقرير.

As the number of participating Parties and projects has increased, the AIJ pilot phase is helping to build capacity, particularly by enhancing procedural and institutional experience.
10- تساعد الأنشطة المنفذة تنفيذا مشتركا في إطار المرحلة التجريبية نتيجة لزيادة عدد الأطراف المشاركة والمشاريع في بناء القدرات، وبوجه خاص في تعزيز الخبرات الإجرائية والمؤسسية.

In addition, the programme supported the implementation of activities implemented jointly (AIJ) under the pilot phase through facilitating the exchange of information on projects and the maintenance of the AIJ database, as well as through continuing work on the revision of the uniform reporting format.
