In connection with the proposal on criminal liability of corporate persons as contained in the draft United Nations framework convention against organized crime, proposed by the Government of Poland (A/C.3/51/7, annex), some delegations indicated that it was difficult to accept that concept because it was unknown to their domestic legislation.
