١١- تطلب إلى المفوض السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن يقوم بتنسيق ومواءمة الاستراتيجيات اﻹعلامية المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة؛

15. Finally, the Commission called upon the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to coordinate and harmonize Human rights information strategies within the United Nations system, in close cooperation with all relevant United Nations agencies and bodies.
٥١ - وفي اﻷخير، طلبت اللجنة إلى مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن يقوم بتنسيق ومواءمة الاستراتيجيات اﻹعلامية المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وذلك بالتعاون الوثيق مع وكالات وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

4. Requests the High Commissioner to explore yet further the possibilities offered by cooperation between the Centre for Human Rights and specialized bodies and other organizations of the United Nations system, as well as non-governmental organizations, and arrangements where needs identified by the Centre are met by projects for which such bodies and organizations take full responsibility for financing and implementation;
٤- ترجو مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن يقوم أيضا بزيادة استكشاف الامكانيات التي يتيحها التعاون بين مركز حقوق اﻹنسان والهيئات المتخصصة ومؤسسات أخرى لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وأيضاً المنظمات غير الحكومية، والترتيبات التي تتم فيها تلبية الاحتياجات التي يحددها المركز، بواسطة مشاريع تتحمل تلك الهيئات والمنظمات كامل المسؤولية عن تمويلها وتنفيذها؛

36. Mr. CRAPATULCAN (Romania), speaking in explanation of his vote, said that although Romania had always condemned the use of mercenaries, he had voted against the draft resolution because not only did it not take into account the positive developments in some parts of the world but it also requested the Centre for Human Rights to hold working meetings the purpose of which was not at all clear.
٦٣ - السيد كراباتولاكان )رومانيا(: تكلــم تعليــلا لتصويتــه فقــال، إن رومانيا صوتت ضد مشروع القــرار لا ﻷنــه لــم يضع في الاعتبار فحسب التطورات اﻹيجابية التي استجدت على بعض أجزاء من العالم، بل ﻷنه طلب أيضا إلى مركز حقوق اﻹنسان أن يقوم بتنظيم اجتماعات عمل ذات أهداف غير واضحة بالمرة، وذلك على الرغم من أن رومانيا أدانت باستمرار استخدام المرتزقة.
