1. Decides to consolidate the role of the Committee on Information as its main subsidiary body mandated to make recommendations relating to the work of the Department of Public Information;
١ - تقرر تعزيز دور لجنة اﻹعلام بوصفها الهيئة الفرعية الرئيسية التابعة لها الموكول إليها تقديم التوصيات المتصلة بأعمال إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام؛

1. Decides to consolidate the role of the Committee on Information as its main subsidiary body mandated to make recommendations relating to the work of the Department of Public Information of the Secretariat;
١ - تقرر تعزيز دور لجنة اﻹعلام بوصفها الهيئة الفرعية الرئيسية التابعة لها الموكول إليها تقديم التوصيات المتصلة بأعمال إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام التابعة لﻷمانة العامة؛

In the light of the foregoing, there would seem to be reasonable grounds for considering that a State organ performing an act jure gestionis which is attributable to the State is indeed acting in his or her official capacity and would therefore enjoy immunity ratione materiae in respect of that act.
وعلى ضوء ما سلف، يبدو أن هناك أساسا منطقيا لاعتبار أن جهاز الدولة الذي يضطلع بأعمال إدارة تسند إلى الدولة يكون بالفعل متصرفا بصفته الرسمية، ويتمتع بالتالي بالحصانة من حيث الموضوع فيما يتعلق بتلك الأعمال.

2. Recalls its decision to consolidate the role of the Committee as its main subsidiary body mandated to make recommendations relating to the work of the Department of Public Information of the Secretariat;
٢ - تشير إلى مقررها المتعلق بتعزيز دور اللجنة بوصفها الهيئة الفرعية الرئيسية التابعة لها الموكل إليها تقديم التوصيات المتصلة بأعمال إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام التابعة لﻷمانة العامة؛

The draft resolution on the work of the Department of Public Information of the Secretariat should reflect the draft report just adopted in a positive light, given the new promising activities of DPI, and should call for the full implementation of the programme for Palestine in the coming year.
وذكر أن مشروع القرار المتعلق بأعمال إدارة اﻹعلام التابعة لﻷمانة العامة ينبغي أن يعكس بصورة إيجابية مشروع التقرير الذي اعتمد من توه، وذلك بالنظر إلى ما تضطلع به إدارة اﻹعلام من أنشطة جديدة واعدة، وأن يدعو إلى تنفيذ البرنامج المتعلق بفلسطين تنفيذا كاملا في العام المقبل.

25. A number of delegations expressed satisfaction with the work of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations in gender mainstreaming for peacekeeping operations and continued to support the efforts of the United Nations Secretariat to establish a focal point for gender issues within the Department.
25 - وأعرب عدد من الوفود عن ترحيبه بأعمال إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام لمراعاة المنظور الجنساني في عمليات حفظ السلام واستمر في جهود الأمانة العامة للأمم المتحدة من أجل إنشاء جهة تنسيق للمسائل الجنسانية داخل الإدارة.

19. CELAC commended the work of the Department of Public Information aimed at promoting the goals of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples and expressed in particular its appreciation for the fact that information was posted on the decolonization website in all six official languages.
19 - ومضى يقول إن جماعة دول أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي تشيد بأعمال إدارة شؤون الإعلام الرامية إلى تعزيز أهداف إعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة، وتعرب بصفة خاصة عن تقديرها لنشر المعلومات على الموقع الشبكي لإنهاء الاستعمار باللغات الرسمية الست جميعها.

Noting that there are differing viewpoints on this issue in the doctrine, the Secretariat draws the conclusion in its memorandum that " there would seem to be reasonable grounds for considering that a State organ performing an act jure gestionis which is attributable to the State is indeed acting in his or her official capacity and would therefore enjoy immunity ratione materiae in respect of that act " .
ومع الإشارة إلى تباين الآراء بشأن هذه المسألة في الفقه القانوني، تخلص الأمانة العامة في مذكرتها، إلى أنه " يبدو أن هناك أساساً منطقياً لاعتبار أن جهاز الدولة الذي يضطلع بأعمال إدارة تسند إلى الدولة يكون بالفعل متصرفاً بصفته الرسمية، ويتمتع بالتالي بالحصانة من حيث الموضوع في ما يتعلق بتلك الأعمال " ().
