28. The right to communicate immediately with the nearest appropriate representative of the State of which he is a national is regulated by the Prison Directives.
28- أما الاتصال فوراً بأقرب ممثل مختص للدولة التي هو من مواطنيها، فقد نظمته التعليمات المتعلقة بالسجون.

Any person in custody pursuant to paragraph 1 of this article shall be assisted in communicating immediately with the nearest appropriate representative of the State of which he is a national, or, if he is a stateless person, to the representative of the State where he usually resides.
تتم مساعدة أي شخص محتجز وفقاً للفقرة 1 من هذه المادة على الاتصال فوراً بأقرب ممثل مختص للدولة التي هو من مواطنيها، أو بممثل الدولة التي يقيم فيها عادة إن كان بلا جنسية.
