11. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy, including compensation and reimbursement of any legal costs paid by the author.

224. In case No. 1493/2006 (Williams Lecraft v. Spain), concerning the violation of article 26 as a result of a police identity check based on racial grounds, the Committee considered that the State party was under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy, including a public expression of regret.
224- وفي القضية رقم 1493/2006 (ويليامس لوكرافت ضد إسبانيا)، المتعلقة بانتهاك المادة 26 نتيجة لعملية التدقيق في وثائق هوية صاحبة البلاغ من قبل الشرطة على أساس اعتبارات عنصرية، اعتبرت اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف ملزمة بأن تتيح لصاحبة البلاغ سبيل انتصاف فعالاًً، بما يشمل الاعتذار لها علناً.

224. In case No. 1493/2006 (Williams Lecraft v. Spain), concerning the violation of article 26 as a result of a police identity check based on racial grounds, the Committee considered that the State party was under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy, including a public expression of regret.

12. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy, including reimbursement of the value of the fine as at the situation of April 2009 and any legal costs incurred by the author, as well as compensation.
12- وترى اللجنة أنه عملاً بالفقرة 3(أ) من المادة 2 من العهد فإن الدولة الطرف ملزمة بأن تتيح لصاحبة البلاغ سبيل انتصاف فعالاً، بما يشمل سداد قيمة الغرامة وقت فرضها في نيسان/أبريل 2009 وأية مصاريف قانونية تحملتها صاحبة البلاغ، إضافة إلى تعويضها.

9. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy, which includes ensuring that perpetrators are brought to justice, that the author and her two children can return to their domicile in safety, and ensure reparation, including payment of adequate compensation and an apology to the family.
9- ووفقاً للفقرة 3(أ) من المادة 2 من العهد، فإن الدولة الطرف ملزمة بأن تتيح لصاحبة البلاغ سبيل انتصاف فعالاً يشمل ضمان مثول الجناة أمام العدالة، وإمكانية عودة صاحبة البلاغ وطفليها إلى بيتهم بسلامة، وضمان الجبر، بما في ذلك دفع تعويضات مناسبة إلى الأسرة والاعتذار لها.

10. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy, including compensation, as well as to amend its legislation concerning exit from the country to comply with the provisions of the Covenant.
10 - ووفقاً لأحكام الفقرة 3 (أ) من المادة2 من العهد، يقع على عاتق الدولة الطرف التزام بأن تتيح لصاحبة البلاغ سبيل انتصاف فعالاً، بما في ذلك التعويض، فضلاً عن تعديل تشريعاتها المتعلقة بإجراءات الخروج من البلد بحيث تمتثل لأحكام العهد.

10. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy, including compensation, as well as to amend its legislation concerning exit from the country to comply with the provisions of the Covenant.

9. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3(a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy, including full reconsideration of her claim regarding the risk of treatment contrary to article 7 if she is returned to Bangladesh, taking into account the State party's obligations under the Covenant and the Committee's present Views.
