At the twenty-sixth meeting of the Open-ended Working Group, the Parties took note of the fact that the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel had not yet received all of the information it needed to make the determination called for in the decision, and that further consideration of this issue should therefore be deferred until the Eighteenth Meeting of the Parties.
