81- وأبلغت أمانة الصندوق متعدد الأطراف اللجنة خلال اجتماعها الأخير بأن ليسوتو كانت مشتركة في مشروع إقليمي لمصارف الهالونات تنفذه حكومة ألمانيا في إطار الصندوق متعدد الأطراف وأن برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة ينفذ مشروعاً للتعزيز المؤسسي للطرف.

194- تحيط التوصية 35/23 علماً مع القلق بأن ليسوتو لم تبلغ بحالة التزامها الوارد في المقرر 16/25 بحظر استيراد المعدات والنظم المستندة إلى الهالونات، ولا عما إن كانت ترتيبات أذون الهالونات قد أدرجت في نظام للحصص وفقاً لالتزامها الوارد في ذلك المقرر.

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) stated that Lesotho was not a party to the 1960 Convention against Discrimination in Education and should be encouraged to ratify this instrument.
1- أفادت منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو) بأن ليسوتو ليست طرفاً في اتفاقية عام 1960 الخاصة بمكافحة التمييز في مجال التعليم وينبغي تشجيعها على التصديق على هذا الصك(10).

11. CHRI stated that Lesotho accepted the recommendation made during the 2010 review to intensify efforts to submit all overdue reports.
11- أفادت مبادرة الكومنولث لحقوق الإنسان بأن ليسوتو قبلت التوصية التي قُدمت أثناء استعراض عام 2010 بتكثيف الجهود الرامية إلى تقديم جميع التقارير التي تأخر تقديمها(14).

16. CHRI stated that Lesotho rejected the 10 recommendations made during the 2010 review on the abolition of the death penalty.
