The Meeting recommended that the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, in cooperation with relevant United Nations agencies, funds and programmes and other international organizations, develop and implement technical assistance programmes to support Western Asian countries, upon request, in dealing with the smuggling of migrants.
10- وأوصى الاجتماع بأن يقوم مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة، بالتعاون مع وكالات الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها ذات الصلة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية، بصوغ وتنفيذ برامج مساعدة تقنية لدعم بلدان غربي آسيا، عند الطلب، في معالجة مشكلة تهريب المهاجرين.

34. In the area of capacity- and institution-building, the Meeting recommended that the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, in cooperation with the Naif Arab Academy for Security Sciences and other Arab regional entities, should design and deliver training for law enforcement officials, including prosecutors and the judiciary.
34- وفي ميدان بناء القدرات والمؤسسات، أوصى الاجتماع بأن يقوم مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة، بالتعاون مع جامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية وسائر الهيئات الاقليمية العربية، بتصميم وتنفيذ دورات تدريبية لموظفي أجهزة انفاذ القانون، بمن فيهم أعضاء النيابة العامة والجهاز القضائي.
