I do so not only on behalf of my own delegation, the Netherlands, but also on behalf of the delegations of Armenia, Benin, Brazil, Cameroon, Croatia, France, Guatemala, Peru, the Philippines and Uzbekistan, together forming the extended Bureau of the United Nations Disarmament Commission.
