هـ- مبادئ توجيهية للعمل المتعلق بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية (قرار المجلس 1997/30، المرفق)؛

Recalling its resolution 1997/30 of 21 July 1997, in which it welcomed the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System, contained in the annex thereto, and invited the Secretary-General to consider establishing a coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice,
وإذ يشير إلى قراره 1997/30 المؤرخ 21 تموز/يوليه 1997 الذي رحب فيه بالمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالإجراءات المعنية بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية الواردة في مرفقه، ودعا الأمين العام إلى النظر في إنشاء فريق للتنسيق يعنى بالمشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث،

(i) The Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System (1997);

Recalling its resolution 1997/30 of 21 July 1997, in which it welcomed the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System, contained in the annex thereto, and recommended the establishment of a coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice,
وإذ يشير إلى قراره 1997/30 المؤرخ 21 تموز/يوليه 1997 الذي رحب فيه بالمبادئ التوجيهية للعمل المتعلق بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية الواردة في مرفق القرار، وأوصى بإنشاء فريق للتنسيق يعنى بالمشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث،

Recalling the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System and the establishment and subsequent meetings of the Inter-Agency Coordination Panel on Juvenile Justice,
وإذ تشير إلى المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالإجراءات المعنية بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية() وإلى إنشاء فريق التنسيق المشترك بين الوكالات المعني بقضاء الأحداث، وما عقده هذا الفريق لاحقا من اجتماعات،

Recalling the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System and the establishment and subsequent meetings of the coordination panel on technical advice and assistance in juvenile justice,
وإذ تشير إلى المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالإجراءات المعنية بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية() وإلى إنشاء فريق التنسيق المعني بتقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأحداث، وما عقده هذا الفريق لاحقا من اجتماعات،

(b) Ensure effective cooperation among the relevant United Nations entities and the other organizations mentioned in the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System (Economic and Social Council resolution 1997/30, annex).
(ب) ضمان التعاون الفعّال بين هيئات الأمم المتحدة المعنية وسائر المنظمات المذكورة في المبادئ التوجيهية للعمل المتعلق بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية (قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 1997/30، المرفق).

Instruments concerning juvenile justice (United Nations Guidelines for the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency (the Riyadh Guidelines); United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Administration of Juvenile Justice (the Beijing Rules); United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of Their Liberty; Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System).
الصكوك المتعلقة بقضاء الأحداث (مبادئ الأمم المتحدة التوجيهية لمنع جناح الأحداث (مبادئ الرياض)، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة الدنيا النموذجية لإدارة شؤون قضاء الأحداث (قواعد بيجينغ)، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة بشأن حماية الأحداث المجردين من حريتهم، والمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالإجراءات الخاصة بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية).

(b) Ensure that the criminal justice system fully integrates into its legislation and practice the provisions of the Convention, in particular articles 37, 39 and 40, as well as other relevant international standards in this area, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines, the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty and the Guidelines for Action on Children in the Criminal Justice System.
(ب) أن تتأكد من أن نظام القضاء الجنائي يدمج في تشريعاته وممارساته أحكام الاتفاقية إدماجاً كاملاً، ولا سيما المواد 37 و39 و40، بالإضافة إلى معايير دولية هامة أخرى في هذا المجال، مثل قواعد بكين، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة بشأن حماية الأحداث المجردين من حريتهم، والمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالإجراءات الخاصة بالأطفال في نظام العدالة الجنائية.
