6.4 As to the claims under articles 26 and 14, paragraph 1, the Committee considers that the author has failed to show that she was a victim of differentiated treatment on any of the grounds established in article 26.

5.10 As to the claims under article 17 and article 23, paragraph 1, the State party recalls that not even the authors claim that the skeletons discovered on the disputed grounds belong to their respective families or their relatives, but rather to their " ancestors " in the broadest sense of the term.

9.3 With respect to the claims under articles 17, 23 and 26 counsel reiterates the allegations made in the original submission, that is to say that the authors were discriminated against because of their Polynesian origins and that the Removal Review Authority did not give due consideration to the family and humanitarian circumstances of the authors' case.

4.1 On 9 March 2005, the State party challenged the admissibility of the communication on three grounds: non-exhaustion of domestic remedies, inadmissibility ratione materiae with respect to the claims under articles 9 and 14, and abuse of the right to submission with respect to the claims under article 9, paragraph 1.

4.14 With regard to the claims under articles 25 and 26 of the Convention, the State party recalls that in Sweden county councils have the obligation to provide health and medical services, including rehabilitation, to everyone who is resident in the county council area.

8.4 As to his claims under article 14, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the author complains that the State party simply quotes the summons, which states that " Mr. O. collected unemployment benefit while engaged in undeclared gainful employment from 28 February 1996 to 31 October 1997. "
8-4 وفيما يتعلق بالادعاءات بموجب الفقرة الفرعية 3(أ) من المادة 14، يعيب صاحب البلاغ على الدولة الطرف اكتفاءها بتكرار ما ورد في التكليف بحضور المتهم: " حصل السيد أوين على إعانات بطالة دون التصريح بنشاط مأجور من 28/2/1996 إلى 31/10/1997 " .
