Calls upon States to adopt unilateral, bilateral, regional and multilateral measures so as to contribute to ensuring the application of scientific and technological progress within the framework of international security, disarmament and other related spheres, without detriment to the environment or to its effective contribution to attaining sustainable development;
2 - تهيب بالدول أن تتخذ تدابير انفرادية وثنائية وإقليمية ومتعددة الأطراف لكي تسهم في كفالة تطبيق التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في إطار الأمن الدولي ونزع السلاح وسائر المجالات ذات الصلة، دون الإضرار بالبيئة أو بمساهمتها الفعالة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؛
