)ب( قررت أيضا بالنسبة للدول اﻷعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية للبعثة أن يخصم من التزاماتها غير المسددة نصيب كل منها في الرصيد غير المرتبط به البالغ إجماليه ٧١٨ ٩٧٠ ١ دولارا )صافيه ١٦٨ ٧١٨ ١ دولارا( للفترة من ١٦ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٥ الى ١٢ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٦.

11. Decides also that, for Member States that have fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission for the period ending 30 November 1996, there shall be set off against the assessment for the period beyond 30 November 1996 their respective share in the unencumbered balance of 19,392,900 dollars gross (16,687,100 dollars net) in respect of the period ending 30 June 1996;
١١ - تقرر أيضا، بالنسبة للدول اﻷعضاء التي أوفت بالتزاماتها المالية للبعثة عن الفترة المنتهية في ٣٠ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٦، أن تخصم من انصبتها المقررة لفترة ما بعد ٣٠ تشرين الثاني/ ـ )٤( ستعتمده الجمعية العامة.

١١ - تقرر أيضا، بالنسبة للدول اﻷعضاء التي أوفت بالتزاماتها المالية للبعثة عن الفترة المنتهية في ٣٠ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٦، أن تخصم من اﻷنصبة المقررة للفترة التي تتجاوز ٣٠ تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر ١٩٩٦ حصــة كــل منهــا فــي الرصيــد غير المرتبط به البالغ إجماليه ٩٠٠ ٣٩٢ ١٩ دولار )صافيه ١٠٠ ٦٨٧ ١٦ دولار( بالنسبة للفترة المنتهية في ٣٠ حزيران/يونية ١٩٩٦؛
