In its resolution 49/127, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to prepare, in consultation with all States and relevant international and regional organizations, a report on international migration and development, including the possibility of convening a United Nations conference on international migration and development.
وطلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٩/١٢٧، الى اﻷمين العام أن يعد، بالتشاور مع جميع الدول والمنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية ذات الصلة، تقريرا عن الهجرة الدولية والتنمية، بما في ذلك إمكانية عقد مؤتمر لﻷمم المتحدة بشأن الهجرة الدولية والتنمية.

The General Assembly, by resolution 49/127 of 19 December 1994, requested the Secretary-General to prepare, in consultation with all States and relevant international and regional organizations, a report on international migration and development, including aspects related to objectives and modalities for the convening of a United Nations conference on international migration and development.
١ - طلبت الجمعية العامة بموجب قرارها ٤٩/١٢٧ المؤرخ ١٩ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٤ إلى اﻷمين العام، أن يتم، بالتشاور مع جميع الدول والمنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية، إعداد تقرير عن الهجرة الدولية والتنمية، يتضمن الجوانب المتصلة بأهداف وأساليب عقد مؤتمر لﻷمم المتحدة معني بالهجرة الدولية والتنمية.

١ - طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى اﻷمين العام، بقرارها ٤٩/١٢٧ المؤرخ ١٩ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، أن يعد، بالتشاور مع جميع الدول والمنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية، تقريرا عن الهجرة الدولية والتنمية، يتضمن الجوانب المتصلة بأهداف وأساليب عقد مؤتمر لﻷمم المتحدة معني بالهجرة الدولية والتنمية.

2. Requests the Secretary-General to prepare, in consultation with all States and relevant international and regional organizations, a report on international migration and development, including aspects related to objectives and modalities for the convening of a United Nations conference on international migration and development, to be submitted to the Economic and Social Council at its substantive session of 1995 for discussion;
٢ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يعد، بالتشاور مع جميع الدول والمنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية، تقريرا عن الهجرة الدولية والتنمية، يتضمن الجوانب المتصلة بأهداف وأساليب عقد مؤتمر لﻷمم المتحدة معني بالهجرة الدولية والتنمية، بغية تقديمه إلى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في دورته الموضوعية لعام ١٩٩٥ من أجل مناقشته فيها؛

٢ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يعد، بالتشاور مع جميع الدول والمنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية، تقريرا عن الهجرة الدولية والتنمية، بما في ذلك المظاهر المتصلة باﻷغراض والشكليات اللازمة لعقد مؤتمر لﻷمم المتحدة بشأن الهجرة الدولية والتنمية، يقدم إلى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في دورته اﻷساسية عام ١٩٩٥ بقصد مناقشته؛

9. Requests the Bureau of the Commission, prior to each session, to identify, in consultation with all States, through their regional groups, an emerging issue for consideration by the Commission, taking into account developments at the global and regional levels as well as planned activities within the United Nations, where increased attention to gender perspectives is required;
9 - يطلب إلى مكتب اللجنة أن يحدد، قبل كل دورة، بالتشاور مع جميع الدول من خلال مجموعاتها الإقليمية، مسألة مستجدة كي تنظر فيها اللجنة، مع مراعاة التطورات على الصعيدين العالمي والإقليمي، وكذلك الأنشطة المزمع القيام بها في نطاق الأمم المتحدة، حيثما يستلزم الأمر إيلاء مزيد من الاهتمام للمنظورات الجنسانية؛

(b) Survey existing guidelines, best practices, and other recommendations with regard to their relevance for future work under Amended Protocol II and consider, in consultation with all States Parties, the added value of additional guidelines aimed at addressing the diversion or illicit use of materials which can be used for IEDs.
(ب) استكشاف ما هو موجود من مبادئ توجيهية وأفضل الممارسات وما إلى ذلك من توصيات فيما يتعلق بمدى صلتها بالعمل المستقبلي في إطار البروتوكول الثاني المعدل والنظر، بالتشاور مع جميع الدول الأطراف، في القيمة المضافة لوضع مبادئ توجيهية إضافية لمنع تحويل المواد التي يمكن استخدامها في صنع الأجهزة المتفجرة المرتجلة أو منع استخدام هذه المواد استخداماً غير مشروع.
