وفي إطار اﻹعلان، عُهد إلى اللجنة الخاصة بمهمة البحث باستمرار عن طرق ووسائل مناسبة لتنفيذ متطلبات اﻹعلان، بالتعاون مع الدول القائمة باﻹدارة.

III. Areas in which the United Nations, in cooperation with the administering Powers, should take action as a matter of priority
ثالثا - المجالات التي ينبغي للأمم المتحدة اتخاذ إجراء بشأنها على سبيل الأولوية بالتعاون مع الدول القائمة بالإدارة

The Committee's mandate in relation to the Territories could be fulfilled only through the formulation of individual programmes in cooperation with the administering Powers.
ولا يمكن للجنة الوفاء بولايتها فيما يتعلق بالأقاليم إلا من خلال وضع برامج لفرادى الأقاليم بالتعاون مع الدول القائمة بالإدارة.

The seminar also assessed the constitutional evolution of the Non-Self-Governing Territories towards self-government and self-determination with a view to developing, in cooperation with the administering Powers and representatives of the Territories, a constructive programme of work on a case-by-case basis for the decolonization of the Non-Self-Governing Territories.
وقيمت الحلقـــة الدراسيـة أيضا التحول الدستوري للأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي نحو الحكم الذاتي وتقرير المصير، بغية وضع برنامج عمل بنَّاء على أساس كل حالة على حدة، بالتعاون مع الدول القائمة بالإدارة وممثلي الأقاليم، من أجل إنهاء الاستعمار في هذه الأقاليم.
