5 - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تحيط الجمعية العامة علما بالتعديلات المقترح إدخالها على النواتج التي ستُدرج في برنامج العمل في إطار البرنامج الفرعي 2، دعم هيئات حقوق الإنسان وأجهزتها من الباب 23، حقوق الإنسان، من الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين 2008-2009.

100. During the period under review, in the light of the recommendation of the Committee on Staff and Administration, the Tribunal took note of the amendments proposed to the Staff Rules of the Tribunal, inter alia, concerning pensionable remuneration for staff in the Professional and higher categories, the salary scale for staff in the General Service category and the definition of the category of " temporary appointment " .
100 - وخلال الفترة قيد الاستعراض، وفي ضوء توصية لجنة شؤون الموظفين والشؤون الإدارية، أحاطت المحكمة علما بالتعديلات المقترح إدخالها على النظام الإداري لموظفي المحكمة، والتي تشمل، في جملة أمور، الأجر الداخل في حساب المعاش التقاعدي لموظفي الفئة الفنية والفئات العليا، وجدول مرتبات موظفي فئة الخدمات العامة، وتعريف فئة " التعيين المؤقت " .

20. With regard to the proposed amendments to regulation 4.5, the Advisory Committee had been informed that the acquired rights of current staff members holding probationary, permanent and indefinite appointments were covered by existing regulation 12.1.
