Article 555 states that anyone who deprives another of his liberty by any means whatever shall be subject to a penalty of from six months to two years in prison.
وتقرر المادة 555 من قانون العقوبات من حرم آخر حريته الشخصية بأية وسيلة كانت عوقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى سنتين.

Any person making such a complaint or allegation is liable to a term of imprisonment of from 3 to 5 years and a fine of between 250,000 and 500,000 dinars.
ويعاقَب بالحبس من ثلاث سنوات إلى خمس سنوات وبغرامة تتراوح بين 000 250 دينار جزائري و000 500 دينار جزائري كل من يقدّم شكوى أو ادعاء من هذا القبيل.

30. Deportation action is also available against permanent residents who, in their first ten years of residence, commit an offence for which they are sentenced to imprisonment for one year or more.
30 - إجراءات الإبعاد يمكن استعمالها أيضا ضد المقيمين إقامة دائمة إذا ارتكبوا ، أثناء السنوات العشر الأولى من إقامتهم، جريمة حُكم عليهم بسببها بالحبس من سنة فما فوق.

Article 298 stipulates that: " Any defamation directed at an individual shall be punishable by imprisonment for between 5 days and 6 months and a fine of between 150 and 1,500 Algerian dinars, or one of those penalties only.
وجاء في المادة 296 منه ما يلي: " يعاقب على القذف الموجه إلى الأفراد بالحبس من خمسة أيام إلى ستة أشهر وبغرامة من 150 إلى 500 1 دينار جزائري أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين " .

1- من خطف أو خبأ ولداً دون السابعة من عمره أو بدّل ولداً بآخر أو نسب إلى امرأة ولداً لم تلده، عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات.

Any act which prevents a Syrian from exercising his constitutional rights is punishable, under the terms of article 319 of the Penal Code, by a penalty of detention for a term of one month to one year.
وكل فعل يعوق ممارسة السوري لحقوقه الدستورية يعاقب عليه في المادة 319 من قانون العقوبات بالحبس من شهر إلى سنة.

Article 463 of the same Code prescribes a penalty of detention for a term of one month to one year for:
ويعاقب بالحبس من شهر إلى سنة حسب المادة 463 من نفس القانون:

1. Anyone who, in a fraudulent manner, changes or attempts to change the outcome of an election shall be liable to a penalty of detention for a term of two months to two years.
1- كل شخص غير أو حاول أن يغير بالغش نتيجة انتخاب عوقب بالحبس من شهرين إلى سنتين.

ويعاقَب بالحبس من ثلاث سنوات إلى خمس سنوات وبغرامة تتراوح بين 000 250 و000 500 دينار جزائري كل من يقدم شكوى أو ادعاء من هذا القبيل.

Anyone who deprives another of his liberty by any means whatever shall be subject to a penalty of from six months to two years in prison;
من حرم آخر حريته الشخصية بأية وسيلة كانت عوقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى سنتين؛

Article 46 of the ordinance states, furthermore, that anyone who submits such a complaint is liable to a penalty of from 3 to 5 years' imprisonment and a fine of between DA 250,000 and DA 500,000.

Article 475 of the Penal Code provides that a person who abducts or carries off, or attempts to abduct or carry off, a minor under 16 years of age without violence, threats or fraud shall be punished by a prison term of one to five years and a fine of 200 to 500 dirhams.
662- وتنص المادة 475 من قانون العقوبات على أن من اختطف أو غرر بقاصر تقل سنه عن ستة عشر عاما، بدون استعمال عنف ولا تهديد ولا تدليس أو حاول ذلك، فيعاقب بالحبس من سنة إلى خمس سنوات وغرامة من 200 إلى 500 درهم.

92. Article 555 of the Penal Code prescribes a penalty of detention for a period of six months to two years for anyone who in any way deprives another person of his personal liberty.
92- ويعاقب قانون العقوبات في المادة 555 من حرم آخر حريته الشخصية بأية وسيلة كانت " بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى سنتين " .

Article 232 of the Penal Code prescribes a penalty of deprivation of liberty for anyone who, directly or indirectly, uses torture, force or threats against an accused person, a witness or an expert in order to induce him to confess to an offence or to proffer statements or information relating thereto.
كما ورد في أحكام المادة 232 من قانون العقوبات ما يقضي بأن يعاقب بالحبس من استعمل التعذيب أو القوة أو التهديد بنفسه أو بواسطة غيره مع متهم أو شاهد أو خبير لحمله على الاعتراف بوقوع جريمة أو على الإدلاء بأقوال أو بمعلومات في شأنها.
