1. Endorses the conclusions and recommendations adopted by consensus by the Working Group on the Right to Development at its seventh session;

2. The present report is submitted to the open-ended working group on the Right to Development at its third session and the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-eighth session, in response to that resolution.
