3- يؤكد من جديد حقّ الأطفال في التعبير عن آرائهم بحرية في جميع المسائل والقرارات التي تؤثر على صحتهم، وضرورة إيلاء الاعتبار الواجب لتلك الآراء وفقاً لقدرات الأطفال المتطورة، ويهيب بالدول أن تقدم المساعدة التي تراعي الإعاقة ونوع الجنس والسن لتمكين جميع الأطفال من المشاركة بفعالية وعلى قدم المساواة؛

7. Requests States that have received a request for extradition on a capital charge to reserve explicitly the right to refuse extradition in the absence of effective assurances from relevant authorities of the requesting State that capital punishment will not be carried out, and calls upon States to provide such effective assurances if requested to do so;
7- تطلب إلى الدول التي تلقت طلب تسليم بناء على تهمة عقوبتها الإعدام أن تحتفظ صراحة بالحق في رفض التسليم ما لم توجد ضمانات فعلية من السلطات المختصة للدولة الطالبة بأن عقوبة الإعدام لن تنفذ، وتهيب بالدول أن تقدم هذه الضمانات الفعلية إن طُلب إليها ذلك؛

10. Requests States that have received a request for extradition on a capital charge to reserve explicitly the right to refuse extradition in the absence of effective assurances from relevant authorities of the requesting State that the death penalty will not be carried out, and calls upon States to provide such effective assurances if requested to do so, and to respect them;
10- تطلب إلى الدول التي تلقت طلب تسليم بناء على تهمة عقوبتها الإعدام أن تحتفظ صراحة بالحق في رفض التسليم ما لم توجد ضمانات فعلية من السلطات المختصة للدولة الطالبة بأن عقوبة الإعدام لن تنفذ، وتهيب بالدول أن تقدم هذه الضمانات الفعلية إن طُلب إليها ذلك وأن تحترمها؛

Calls upon States to provide durable solutions, and encourages strengthened international cooperation, including through the provision of resources and expertise to assist affected countries, in particular developing countries, in their national efforts and policies related to assistance, protection and rehabilitation for internally displaced persons;
5 - تهيب بالدول أن تقدم حلولا دائمة، وتشجع على تعزيز التعاون الدولي، بوسائل منها توفير الموارد والخبرات لمساعدة البلدان المتضررة، ولا سيما البلدان النامية، في جهودها وسياساتها الوطنية المتصلة بتقديم المساعدة وتوفير الحماية والتأهيل للمشردين داخليا؛

43. The Security Council has called upon States to provide a statement of case when submitting the name of an individual or entity for inclusion on the List, with increasingly detailed requirements for what this should contain.
43 - وقد أهاب مجلس الأمن بالدول أن تقدم بيانا تعليليا كلما أحالت اسم فرد أو كيان لغرض الإدراج في القائمة، كما وضع متطلبات ما فتئت تزداد تفصيلا بشأن ما ينبغي أن يتضمنه هذا البيان().

15- يهيب بالدول أن تقدم حلولاً دائمة، ويشجع على تعزيز التعاون الدولي، بوسائل منها توفير الموارد والخبرات لمساعدة البلدان المتضررة، ولا سيما البلدان النامية، في جهودها وسياساتها الوطنية المتصلة بتوفير المساعدة والحماية والتأهيل والحلول الدائمة والمساعدة الإنمائية للمشردين داخلياً وللمجتمعات التي تستضيفهم؛
